With its welcoming open plan living/kitchen , the 3 bedrooms , its terrace (18m2) and private garden (30m2), the rooftop solarium (50m2) with beautiful views, as well as the access to the generous community garden (3300m2) , large free shaped pool (190m2) and the communal gym , our townhouse is the perfect choice for both a relaxing or an active holiday. Within walking distance you have access to the award-winning beaches of Costa del Sol connected through a seaside boardwalk stretching 5 kilometres along the shore, perfect both for joggers or romantics eager to admire the sunset upon the sea.

As you enter the townhouse you are instantly surprised by the ingenious use of the space. The townhouse is built on four levels. Right after you enter the hall you find yourself in a neat living room with cool marble floors that reunites harmoniously the dining area with the sitting area . The dining area has a wooden table that can easily seat up to 6 guests on very comfortable and discreet design wooden chairs. The sitting area has a versatile sofa and two armchairs that invite you to enjoy the surround sound system powered by voice assistant Alexa while you sip your morning tea admiring the sunrise. The open-plan kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter with two comfortable high chairs. The kitchen offers all the utensils and kitchenware necessary for a comfortable stay: toaster, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, vitro ceramic, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, water kettle, teapot, blender, squeezer. From the small entry hall, you have access to the service toilet . The space is lavished with light as it has a wall-to-wall sliding glass door that gives access to the terrace and garden. The living room has smart electric motorized vertical blinds. All the decoration items are carefully chosen and contribute to the relaxed atmosphere reminding of the exotic influence that the Moors had over southern Spain.
As you go up the floating staircase's wooden stairs, you may admire the living room through a frosted glass light wall. On the first floor of the townhouse, you have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) , a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table for your laptop, two soundbars. The en suite bathroom has a double sink, bathtub, walk-in shower with rain head, toilet. From the master bedroom, you have access to a small terrace that leads up to the solarium. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) , a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower with a rain head, a sink, and a toilet. All bedrooms have electric shutters and air conditioners . The bathrooms have underfloor heating.
As you go down the stairs from the living room you get to the basement that has two garage places and a laundry room .
