We enjoyed our short stay, quite very nice place to stay. I will stay again if I come to that area again. The place is well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and up to date. Beds are nice and firm. Wished we could have stayed longer. Close to everything you need. The host was very responsive and answered every question quickly. We didn't lack anything! Maybe next time we can stay a few extra days. George

Very nice property, love the deck outside, host was very responsive to our messages. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities, we were close to foid, groceries and the liquor store. Michael was a great host

This was our second stay here. It is always clean, well stocked and comfortable. Micheal is always fast to respond to any questions. We will continue to stay here when visiting family in the area.

Our stay was very nice. The accommodations were great. The dining table was perfect for our Uno games & dominos. The couch was AMAZINGLY comfortable. We all rested well. I love the large tub in the master bath. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall it was a perfect weekend getaway.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this VRBO for the holidays. I have to say, it’s one of the best!! Well stocked with everything we could need, location was perfect, super clean, very responsive host, TV in every room with Roku availability, big fenced backyard for our small dogs. We were so grateful for a comfortable place to spend the holidays with family.

We loved the quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. The nearby parks on the Reservoir are a real treat if you enjoy waterfront beauty and peaceful surroundings. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well and it was clean. LOVED having a garage to park our car. Would stay there again.

If you want to get away from it all this is the place. Yes it’s in a neighborhood but it’s quiet. I personally couldn’t walk to the parks to go fishing but I drove. It only takes like 2 minutes by car to get there. Everyone was nice.

We drove in from Nevada for our best friends' wedding. The home was in the perfect location and an easy drive to and from the wedding venue. The place was clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable (as tired parents who needed sleep, this was a big plus) and I liked having a separate room for our baby girl to sleep in without us disturbing her. The owner was very nice and responsive to messages.

Great set up, Well maintained, Super clean, Quiet Neighbors, Large back yard with tall fence and gate, Massive back deck, Full 1 car garage, Feels safe and secure no worries of theft or vandalism of vehicles or property. I wish all rental properties were like this one !!!

Michael was a very responsive host and the property was perfect. We needed a place where we could have our dogs and this rental has a lot of space and a fenced yard. The house was well equipped and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is a park nearby as well as a grocery store and quite a few restaurants. We will definitely go back if we’re in the area. Thank you Michael!!

This property was even better than expected. Perfect location, size, fenced yard for dog, garage, quiet culdesac, well appointed kitchen, and awesome master bed and bath. Communication with owner couldn't have been better. Stylish furnishings, washer and dryer an added bonus. I'll never rent a hotel again if this property is available!

Great property for us as our event was being held literally across the street. Only issue we had was parking. Parking was enough for three cars and we had four. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to numerous restaurants and venues. Quick response from owner prior to check in and during our stay.

This is a very nice area, the house itself was simple and really great layout. Everything was clean and organized and the host was excellent in communicating with us and making sure we had a great experience. The Brandon community was very nice and upscale, great neighbors, etc. I will definitely try to stay there again when I come to Ross Barnett Reservior!
