This shepherd's hut is studio-style accommodation home to a double bed, a woodburning stove a kettle and a toaster. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a garden with a gravelled area, decking, furniture, sun loungers and wood-fired hot tub. This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Amenities can be found in 0.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles, and a beach in 0.6 miles. Badgers Rest is a charming retreat for a peaceful break to Cornwall. Please Note: Smoking inside this property is strictly forbidden - anyone found to be doing this may be asked to leave and no refunds will be offered.

Garden with gravelled area, decking, furniture, sun loungers and wood-fired hot tub. Bookable Tennis courts available a short walk away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Owner also owns Badgers Way Ref number 1066419 and Badgers Sett Ref number 1103800. Note: Electrical vehicle charging is not applicable at any time at this property.
