About this apartment rental

At the heart of the new Gare Sud district : EuroNantes. Bright, airy, spacious, welcome to the Manhattan. An apartment located on the twelfth floor (no lift), with a large living room, three bedrooms, a beautiful covered balcony and an exceptional view of the entire new district. It also has a parking space in the basement and a bicycle room. In short, this apartment is ideal for a family or corporate employees.

The Manhattan is a large apartment located 5 minutes walk from the train station. Fully furnished with nice furniture, it has three bedrooms and six beds and can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers. If you are spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons, vacations or a weekend, don't miss to stay in this sublime apartment!

With an area of 89 m², on the twelfth floor with elevator, it consists of :
- A large entrance opening on a large living room: kitchen, living room, dining room. This space is decorated with beautiful windows with a magnificent view and access to a pretty terrace.
- A master suite with its independent shower room (access to the terrace from this room too).
- A large corridor leading to two other bedrooms and a bathroom as well as separate toilets.

A major advantage: a secure private parking lot in the basement.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms equipped as follows: 1 double bed (160X200), 1 double bed (140X190) and 1 double bed (140X190).

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped so that you only have to put down your suitcases. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, wifi connection, TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

The Cocoonr Agency :

The Manhattan accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment and its functioning and will then give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few coffee pods and some tea and sugar bags.

Neighborhood and transportation :

All the shops you need are nearby (bakery, supermarket, etc.).
Located 20-25 minutes walk from the hyper center of Nantes, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from tramway number 1. The C2 and C3 bus lines are also nearby! These will allow you to go to the hyper center in less than 15 minutes. You will have understood, the Manhattan is the ideal place to stay in Nantes.

Le Manhattan "Great apartment & great stay 🙂 The apartment was very spacious, really good-sized, comfortable bedrooms (including en suite) and living area. The area was fantastic, very quiet despite being close to a railway line & station. It was very close to the centre too. Oh, and we loved the shutters, which blocked out the morning sun for a good sleep. 🙁 Nothing to dislike, would highly recommend, and if we come back to Nantes again, we will definitely book this apartment again."

Le Manhattan "A beautiful stay in this charming apartment 🙂 We were met by Isabelle and even with us being a little late (due to flight delays), she couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The flat was exactly as shown in the photos and was spotlessly clean. We loved the balcony and the location was super convenient to visit both the Isle (via a direct bus outside the door of the apartments) and the city centre (a few minutes walk away). 🙁 The flat was very warm! We kept the windows open and closed the velux blinds, but that meant the mozzies got in and gave us a good biting! That being said, there's not a lot that can be done about that and the views and apartment were worth a few bites for the comfort it provided. It would be nice to have normal (non-square) pillows too!"

Le Manhattan Great location. Great views. Clean, practical and easily accessible. Car parking and its access brilliant. The only observation that mirrors comments from previous occupiers, is that the beds do not reflect the quality of the apartment. Thanks Isabelle for your warm welcome.

Le Manhattan "Great stay, would come back! 🙂 Loved the service, the check-in was great. The location is amazing, as well as the apartment itself and the views. The bus stop is right outside the apartment and the train station a short walk. The place is modern and the facilities a great! Truly a fantastic stay all inn all, and would come back! 🙁 If there is one thing I would love to have different on a second stay it is changing the beds. Especially in the master bedroom as it was ridiculously squeaky, and quite uncomfortable. It felt very cheap and a stark contrast to the rest of the apartment."

Le Manhattan My daughters and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the apartment. When communicated with our host prior to arrival and they were there waiting to let us in and give us a tour when we did arrive. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. We cooked several meals at the apartment with groceries we purchased from the market just serval minutes walk away, and had everything we needed to cook and serve the meals available in the kitchen. . The location was excellent, with public transportation available right out the door and the city center a comfortable walking distance away. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our experience. Thank you!

Le Manhattan "Fantastic stay! 🙂 The location is great, near the train station and the centre, plus there is a Carrefour express and bakery within 5 mins walk. Very comfortable beds, everything you could need and great views of Nantes 🙁 Nothing really. We have a tip, for the tv, download the Livebox Remote app to your mobile and use this to operate the streaming box. We found the tv remote did not operate other than to power it on."

Le Manhattan "Clean, spacious modern apartment with amazing view 🙂 This was a clean, spacious modern apartment with amazing views. It is a five minute walk from the station and just 10 minutes from the city centre. It was all set up so all we needed to do was buy our own food. 🙁 The bedrooms got very hot at night and there was only one fan. Also the window blinds for most of the living room and balcony could only be opened if they were opened in every room (so waking everyone up). It would have been nice to have controlled all of the blinds by room."
