Tecnologicamente evoluta

Tecnologia in ogni dettaglio. Spaziosissima sistemazione. Causa meteo, abbiamo cambiato piani all’ultimo, ma sono riusciti comunque ad accontentarci con il noleggio bici elettriche.

La struttura è davvero notevole di design e lo staff davvero gentile e premuroso

La struttura è moderna e funzionale molto bella la stanza ampia con angolo cottura e terrazzo che da sul giardino e grande vetrata.

Purtroppo nonostante le tende oscuranti era molto luminosa La ferrovia vicina non da molto disturbo

Top Hotel, gute Lage zum Merr, Ladestation

Wirklich top, es passt einfach alles. Die Anlage ist nagelneu, die Zimmer schön gestaltet und gut durchdacht. Als Vielreisender kennt man die kleinen Dinge die in einem Hotel wichtig sind, und hier haben wir sie gefunden. Bravi! Ladestation von BeCharge ist auch vor Ort und mit der App auch günstig. Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten sehr gut.

Si presenta benissimo, ma pecca in molti aspetti

La camera bella, pulita e grande. La struttura si presenta molto bene.

La struttura non ha una vera e propria reception. La stessa persona che fa la colazione fa da reception. È necessario fare tutto con lo smartphone, nessuna delle porte, dal cancello all’ascensore si apre senza smartphone e funziona unicamente con quello con cui si è fatta la prenotazione. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa il numero che dicono essere attivo 24/24 non risponde nessuno, molte volte sollecitato. Contattati per mail e sulla chat di booking, non rispondono perché tutto automatico. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta dopo molte ore. La stanza caldissima e il bagno gelido. Abbiamo lasciato una busta nel frigo sigillata, è stata buttata, senza essere ricontattati. Colazione a 10 euro a persona con pochissima scelta. Peccato perché il posto si presenta molto bene, ma purtroppo non mi sento di consigliare

tutto sommato mi e piaciuto e sono stata bene

gentilissima accoglienza, un residence con una struttura avanzata. una vista nel parco e la pace che ti circonda. ben arredato accogliente e calda atmosfera.

in cucina va aggiunto un mestolino per riscaldare il latte, un coltello per tagliare il pane, e posate per l'insalatiera. ho un cane Yorky minuscolo di 2,5kg e mi sembra esagerato che si faccia pagare, cosi come il parcheggio dovrebbe essere un servizio che da una struttura di un certo livello. peccato

Nightmare trying to access by car.

The terrace for al fresco breakfast looking over the harbour.

I booked the property mainly because of the advertised parking facility. Trying to access the property and car park by car was a disaster . Both were ring fenced with limited zone vehicle access cameras prohibiting you getting anywhere near. I spent more than an hour trying to find a way through eventually giving up and finally finding a parking spot by the castle about 500m from hotel. Find somewhere else if you have a car!

Super moderne schöne gemütliche Aufenthalt.

Super modernes Apartment. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und ein schöner Balkon dabei. Internet-Check-in wurde gut informiert und funktionierte perfekt. Autoparkplatz ist genügend groß. Frühstück bietet umfangreiche Sortiment.

Es dauert einige Zeit bis warmes Wasser aus dem Hahn kommt. Aber es ist nicht so schlimm. Sonst perfekt!

Tolle und moderne Unterkunft mit super freundlichem Personal.

Wir hatten eine Suite im dritten Stock mit tollem Balkon und Blick Richtung Garten. Man war völlig ungestört. Die Suite war modern und schön eingerichtet. Eine Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, Herdplatte, Abzugshaube und Kühlschrank war neu und komplett mit Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Regendusche, Toilette und Bidet waren separat abgetrennt. Wir waren zu dritt verreist. Für unsere Tochter wurde das Schlafsofa hergerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns am Abend vor der Abreise Obst, Knäckebrot und Kekse auf das Zimmer gestellt, da wir am letzten Tag vor der Frühstückszeit abreisen mussten. Das gibt einen Extrapunkt für den Service! Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer liebevoll hergerichtet worden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern!

Un oasi di relax per coppie e famiglie con bimbi piccoli, anche per piccoli cuccioli.

La struttura è nuova, ad alta tecnologia, stile moderno. Mi è piaciuta molto. Lo staff eccelso.

La vicinanza ai binari è l'unico neo, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto. Anche se il passaggio dei treni aveva una frequenza, in notturna, più che accettabile.

size of the room; cleaning every day; good breakfast and coffee(you can take in the room); near the beach; new building and facilities.

not many option to eat around; but not related to accommodation. sometimes you can hear the trains but there is no big issue

Super Modern Apartments in Ideal Location. Great Staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Room very spacious and modern with great little kittenette. Location ideal only a few minutes walk from beach.

The electronic door systems were unreliable and not user friendly and you have to remember the code. A card system would be much better. The buildings opposite are unfinished and a swimming pool would be better.

Very very clean, modern and new. Safe parking and easy to find. Walking distance to pizza places and supermarket. Lovely people and Great breakfast. Ideal place that I will stay again in case we visit the area.

Superb

Very clean and modern. Friendly stuff. Room was very spacious. We were able to cook our own meals which was nice. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful Garden to sit outside and have a coffee and breakfast.

Breakfast was not bad but had limited options and wasn’t changed during our stay(5days) The hotel tries to be very green which is amazing but if you dont move around in the room for 30 minutes from 8am-6pm then the electricity turns off. You then need to get up and walk to the front door which activates a sensor. Most people wont find this a problem but i had just had surgery and couldnt move around easily which became a bit tough.
