Sandy toes, flip flops and relaxation is our ultimate goal when you stay with us. View the Huron Lighthouse from our beach and take advantage of everything Huron and the surrounding areas have to offer from golf courses, Cedar Point, Sport Force, wonderful dining, memorable watering holes, paddle boarding, public (FREE) boat ramp, fishing, hiking trails, and so much more!
We welcome you to come stay with us and make some great memories.
Come dip your toes in Lake Erie or sit on our patio of our 4 bedroom/3 bath newly furnished cottage. We have all new furniture, mattresses, linens, kitchen accessories and outdoor patio furniture. We are making improvements daily. Our home is situated on one of the best beaches in Northeast Ohio called Old Homestead 2 just down the street. Just 15 minutes to Cedar Point, Sport Force, Lake Erie Island ferries, Kalahari, golf courses and so much more!

Very nice house two blocks from a private neighborhood beach. 20 minutes from Cedar Point. House very well stocked

My family of 6 stayed at this property for 5 days while our son had a tournament at Sports Force. The house was 10 min to the facility and super close to Cedar Point as well. It was also a short walk to the community beach and a 4 min ride to Nickle Point Beach. Nickle Point was lots of fun. You can rent paddle boards and lily pads and there was an awesome spot for lunch within walking distance. You are also a few min drive from the main drag in Huron which has water front restaurants and great spots for fishing and swimming.
We really appreciated the bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys that were included in the rental. The home was larger than expected. All beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and all the homes were well taken care of.
The only downside to the rental was the train. It ran pretty often at night and blew its whistle ALOT. We live in a very quiet area so the noise was jarring for us and constantly woke my family even with sound machines. I still would rent here again because all of the other positives outweighed the noise for us.

The neighborhood was great for kids. The house was good and so were some of the amenities. There are 3 bikes, plenty of beach towels, and a large wagon full of chairs and beach toys for kids along with a cooler that holds about 18 beers.

We had a great visit. The location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and stores. The beach is peaceful and beautiful. Very close to Cedar Point. The house was comfortable and clean. Plenty of space.

Huron is a great place to relax for a week. The beaches in Old Homestead and Homestead 2 are the best on lake Erie.Our 9 year old granddaughter loved the beach and the water so much!
They also had 3 bikes (including a 2 passenger bike) which she liked as well. The neighborhood is fairly contained so she could ride the bikes around the neighborhood on her own. The house was clean and in good shape with plenty of beds and baths. The check in process was very streamlined and Marcy was very prompt with any questions. I would highly recommend it!

Pier Pleasure was very clean and very well appointed… spacious and so comfortable! The living room was bright and sunny and cheerful! The cart to take chairs, etc. to the close beach was great! It was so nice to have beach towels provided. Marcy was very pleasant and easy to work with. We loved our stay and hope to return! It was also great to have three bathrooms!

We stayed at Pier Pleasure while there for softball. The house was perfect for 2 families. The breezeway was great for keeping all the softball gear. The beach was a short walk - it was beautiful and clean. The location was an easy drive to everything close by - restaurants, cedar point, softball, etc. The girls had fun trying out the tandem bike. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was very nice and accommodating...Mrs Marcy was very nice wirh communication...there was plenty of amenities such as pot and pans.. seasoning....playing cards... what really was nice was there was an full basement with an full bathroom...all in all great stay

Wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of cedar point. About 15 min drive from the park. Adorable little house in a great/safe neighborhood. Very clean. Perfect for a family who needs more space that a hotel room can offer. Access to private beach. Basketball courts in walking distance. Loved loved loved our long weekend at this place! Will keep in mind for future trips!

Needed a place to stay for a weekend trip to Cedar Point. This location was great. Had 8 people in the group; 2 grandparents, 4 adult children, and 2 grandkids. The house has 2 bedrooms on the second level with a shared full bathroom, 2 bedrooms on the main level with a shared full bathroom, and a full bathroom on the finished basement level. Two king bedrooms: one each on the main and second levels. The home is completely updated, very good condition, and clean. The neighborhood is very nice and seems like a beach community. Highly recommend.

6 of us rented this property for 2 nights to be near other friends who live in Huron. The house was clean, bright and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and walking down to the beach. Beds and bathrooms were great!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Very clean and spacious. The location is excellent! Be sure to enjoy the beach at the end of the street. Would definitely book again. The hostess was excellent too.

Stayed here with family, including 2 young boys. There was lots of space for the boys to play. The quaint sandy beach is just a short walk away and there's a beach cart available making it very easy to take everything there. We noticed a small issue when we first arrived and the property manager was there in a few minutes to take care of it! She was very helpful and very responsive.

We really had a great time in Huron, Ohio. The home was so clean and had just what we needed in terms of furniture. The toys and wagon and beach chairs were a great help! The basement room became a makeshift playroom on the rainy day! Having 3 full bathrooms was wonderful. The kitchen could have used a few more pots and pans because with 3 little ones we weren't going out for many meals:) We had 3 kids under the age of 6 so the walk to the beach was a bit far for them, but for the adults we did great. We loved being able to walk the children around the neighborhood, it was so quiet and peaceful. The beach was so nice and not crowded at all. Huron is so convenient to many things and Sandusky is only a few minutes away. We will definitely be back. Marcy was so helpful answering all of our questions in a timely manner.

We were visiting for an extended weekend. The house is newly renovated and close to the beach and only a few minutes from Cedar Point. Everything was provided for a great day at the beach. The bicycles were also a hit with the family.

Homestead Beach Home
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Quaint residential neighborhood. Master bedroom both downstairs and upstairs was a nice feature. Very short walk to the private beach on Lake Erie - which was the primary reason we selected this property. The owners also left a lot of beach toys for children. A couple of good restaurants close by, and downtown is only minutes by car.

Wonderful house and owner! We enjoyed the entire experience. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood right down the street from an adorable private beach. The owner was very thoughtful - they have all of the basic necessities in case you forget your own! We lost our sons games and they shipped them back to us. If you're going to Cedar Point or just want a quiet weekend away this is the perfect little getaway.
