Welcome to 208 W Ashley! This newly listed cottage features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, brand new stainless steel appliances and an unbeatable location with beach access across the street. There are two public beach accesses; one is just steps away across the street, and the other one at the end of the block with conveniences of public restrooms and outdoor showers. The cottage is a short, 2-block walk to Folly Beach's popular Center Street, filled with great options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. This home offers an open concept living room, with the main bedroom on one side of the house, and the rest of two bedrooms on the other.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, plus long driveway is suitable for a boat or a trailer.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

22 miles to Charleston Airport.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our family of 4! It is a small house, but we loved that so that we were all together. The place was very clean, although, the back stairway leading to the laundry room had a very strange odor. We just chose to not use that door and area. We loved the easy walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. We loved our stay!

It is so close to all the shops and restaurants downtown folly beach and even closer to the beach. Just a short drive to charleston and all its activities. Clean house and great screened in porch. Loved the outdoor shower. Loved the outdoor shower for washing off sand. Had a great stay in this adorable blue house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and cozy, and in a perfect location. Steps from the beach and a short walk to the main drag. The kitchen was quite well stocked, but could have used a little more pans and sharp knives. The screened porch was lovely, and it was very nice to have the outdoor shower after beach time.

My brothers and I spent a week here. Short walk to anything you would want in Folly. Even shorter walk to the beach. Excellent living space and kitchen and spacious rooms. Everything was clean. Check in was very easy and they texted with great recommendations around the neighborhood.

Our kids called it ‘the little blue house’ & we loved it! The location was perfection, as it was only a short walk across the street to the beach. The space was clean, cozy, easy to navigate & had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a wonderful addition, as well as the outdoor shower. Another huge plus was that we were able to walk into town to eat & shop. We love Folly & would definitely stay in the ‘little blue house’ again!
