The upper quaint cottage is bright, airy and spacious offering a master queen bedroom along with two additional double bunk bed rooms for guest accommodation. Also included on the upper level are a guest bunkie outfitted with two bunk beds fire pit, trampoline and spa hot tub which are all part of this one of a kind property offering hours of outdoor, recreational fun! While at the upper level guests will undoubtedly enjoy a cocktail or two on the upper wrap around deck with outdoor fire table and ample comfortable seating while dinner prep is underway!
Alongside the upper cottage your chariot awaits you as you, your family and friends hop on board this specially engineered chairlift to be shuttled down in seconds to the recently renovated, lower level boathouse. This beautiful oasis is the place that you will be spending the majority of your stay. Drenched in all day sun, the huge, expansive sun deck also offers shade areas and unlimited comfy seating. Recline on the oversize sectional while barbecuing lunch or dinner while watching guests dive off of the boathouse into the deep clear waters of Lake Joseph! For guests who are not as bold, beautiful, sandy, shallow entry is also available! For those sunset dinners, an outdoor covered dining table for 8-10 guests is an entertainer’s dream for those relaxed Muskoka meals. Inside this designer decorated boat house apartment is a spacious kitchen, great room with tv and one bedroom/ensuite bathroom for overnight guests.
