Good location close to Gori Inn. Easy to locate the property.

I had informed in advance (during booking) about my estimated arrival time and received confirmation that my request will be accommodated. However, Tamar kept on messaging me about what time she should expect me. Tamar was also very unpleasant and annoying upon my check-in. She gave me a room different than the one I booked, saying that it's a free upgrade. I ended up in a room where the bedsheets where not washed after their last use from previous guest. The door of the bathroom was not closing properly and there was a bad smell because of the sewage. There was no A/C, the TV was not working. Tamar also charged me on the top of the price that I had on my booking. She is not client-oriented at all. When checking out she asked me about the room and I told her that it was bad. Before being able to explain why I was saying this, she told me "bye-bye",

Very cozy and comfortable!

Such a great place to stay if you're visiting Gori! Tamari is very sweet and accommodating, and she helped me book a shared taxi back to Tbilisi.

Tamari and her family were nice and helpful. Free ride to the bus station (4 km) on my last morning! :)

Toilet/shower "box" inside the room was not so clean and had a moldy ceiling.

Tamara is great person!!!! Nice, friendly, warm and caring. that was my the best stay in Georgia, to be honest. I can highly recommend!!! room was really nice, clean, property was really beautiful. thanks for all and I really want to come back to you!! thanks for great coffee in the morning and safe and nice stay.

Budget room was very basic, no bedlight, no trashcan, no wardrove, no mirrors.... Good for 4 bed budget guests, but a bit overpriced just for one person (17€/n october) No street lights

The owner is really nice and friendly. She tried to help us in getting around Gori and we had interesting talk about various issues. Also the house and the backyard are beautiful, with amazing greenery and cosy places to sit.

The problem was that the owner (despite she was super nice) forgot that we rent a room, which caused some commotion and, in counsequence, we had to pay more that it was written on booking.

The yard and the garden was fantastic. It was a social meeting point and there was communication between the visitors. Tamara was excellent, friendly, clever and hospitable. A big mama. We loved her.

Our room was very small with a tiny window on the main busy road. It was hot. The place generally is very untidy, kitchen not very organised and clean.

Nice water source and location is 15 mins walk to center, also WiFi is quite strong

“Few” things were really disappointing: 1. First time in Georgia owner made us pay upfront, but it’s okay 2. Tamar and her husband tried their best to sell us tours, take us to “special” restaurant, wine, breakfast, churchella 3. When we asked her about the kitchen, she said we have to pay extra if we wanna use it, but it was included on booking, when we said that she allowed us to boil eggs FOR FREE 4. Kitchen was very dirty and stinky, we have washed all dishes before using. And there is no oven, as mentioned 5. Laundry is extra 10 lari 6. Our room was smelly, towels were small and not fresh, no garden view. We stayed there 2 night and in the end of our stay we saw much better rooms, new and clean 7. Property itself looks very messy 8. Talking about value for money we have stayed in much better place for 15$

Run-down room, pricing of extras seemed high (breakfast & Taxis), and room did not have balcony and air conditioning as advertised.

A warm welcome within an ancient city

A beautiful family guest house with an enclosed garden (with numerous plants and a water feature), just opposite Gori's large park, minutes from cafes, shops, the Castle and Stalin's Museum. Tamar and her husband are great hosts- with just the right balance of making you one of the family and giving you personal space to relax. Anything you need to know about Gori or what to see- Tamar can help. Be sure to check out their traditional wine cellar- great for dining and trying some of Tamar's delicious home-made food.
