Relaxing place with unexpected perks and services.
Location, friendly staff, facilities. Everything looks new. Good shower, pretty good internet for the evening considering is satellite.
It looks like the floor hadn't been hoovered. The "children room" could use a divider, even just a curtain to limit light going in and make it easier with younger children.

Overall it was a good getaway and we would certainly enjoy coming back at some point in the future.
Chiddinglye is a good base for exploring the area. It was wonderful that there were so many National Trust places nearby and the Bluebell Railway experience was fun.
The initial arrival was a little bit stressful. An admin error meant we weren’t given the email before arrival that included the key information, such as the security code to the estate gate or notifying which pod and key code was ours. It made it more difficult because the reception wasn’t great for accessing my emails. Fortunately someone was exiting just as we arrived at the gate and someone took the call to give us the access code to the pod.

Awful. Appalling Customer Service. Wasn't fit for purpose. Will never stay again.
The pods are obviously well-designed and look nice.
- Lack of running water for nearly 4 hours and very little action taken - we spent 3 of these hours just trying to contact the manager/owner - Lack of electricity and when we called the "24/7" helpline they ignored it and we eventually found they had just left their phone in the car - Customer service was appalling, despite the electricity and water issues they barely apologised and didn't offer any type of refund, despite the extortionate price and the fact that the pod wasn't fit for purposes - Customer service was repeatedly ignored - they clearly didn't care at all about our stay - We ended up having to leave the pod for the majority of the first day as it wasn't fit for purpose.

Just the job, very easy to use
Lovely setting, pods are very comfortable and well equipped. Nice walk across the fields from the pub
Need to provide a waste bin and recycling facilities. The gravel drive means that you bring a lot of muck into the pod so suggest a mat outside the door

We loved it, would love to come again.
The pods are so beautifully designed. The location is perfect for kids. We had the most delicious fresh brownies as a gift. The brewery and food truck were a great.

Great stay
The location is superb for outdoor activities and relaxing. Very close to a nice tap room (beer). Nice clean and feels of good quality! Also soon a charging point for electric cars.
As the location is slightly remote it can be a little tricky to get there.
