Back at the property, you'll find all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or relax in the cozy living room and catch a movie on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and take care of your laundry with the in-unit washer and dryer.

Unwind in the comfortable bedrooms, and wake up refreshed to explore the outdoor play area. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this vacation home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Mount Dora.

This is located within the historic district of Mount Dora and next door to City Hall. There are strict city ordinances against the parking of trailers, boats, RVs, etc. Only passenger vehicles are allowed on property - with a max of 2. Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am. There is a security camera at the front of the home.

EARLY CHECK-INS
are not guaranteed, but will be accommodated based on availability.

LATE CHECKOUTS
must be approved by us. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night’s stay, at the listing’s full price.

PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons.

MAINTENANCE
There is a chance a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regard to this. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until we’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

PETS
We allow dogs under 20 pounds. There is a $100 fee, per dog. Message us for further rules regarding dogs.

PARKING
We allow a max of two vehicles to park in front of the unit. Do not park on the grass. In front of the home is a bike lane, there is no road parking available. No Recreation Vehicles (RVs), trailers, or boats are allowed.

PARTIES
We enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.

CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100.

EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.

We loved, loved, loved this townhome. The property manager, Ashton, was very responsive and friendly. The unit was very clean, easy check in, parking for two and so comfortable. We easily walked 2 blocks to the heart of town and shopped, dined and enjoyed drinks with great friends. After a full day, we relaxed watching the Olympic events on TV and in the mornings we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. Oh and the beds were very comfortable. I can’t think of anything that could have been better about our stay. You won’t be disappointed.

My family had the best time staying in The Augustine property. It is such a charming house with incredible and homey details. Every design was thoughtfully, put together from the cozy kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The renovation felt like something you could see on HGTV. The host has thought about everything and all the amenities are at your fingertips. We were a short walk to downtown Mount Dora and were able to shop and eat and enjoy the beautiful lake views. The house is situated just off of downtown with a perfect secure driveway to park the car and have a historic stroll. Definitely five stars all the way!

The Augustine is beautiful and spotlessly clean, as was very comfortable. The unit is in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Mt Dora. Communication with Ashton our host was perfect, she reached out to us before the trip, when we arrived to see if we needed anything and after we checked to make sure all was ok. Would 100% recommend this property! Thank you Ashton and Jeff!

I could live in this place. Not only is it a mere two-block walk to downtown Mt. Dora, but also the property itself is a comfortable place to hang out. The property a washer-dryer stack, an updated and fully-equipped kitchen, but also a six-seat outdoor table in a rain-protected, screened-in porch. Perfect.

This was the best VRBO we have ever had - the place was extremely nice and so close to downtown. They had a welcome package and Christmas card waiting on us when we got there. The hosts checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. I highly, highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in heading to Mt. Dora.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This home was absolutely beautiful, and so comfortable, cozy and immaculate. The decor is amazing and serene. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again! Ashton was the best host and so responsive. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. If you plan on staying in Mt. Dora this is definitely the place to book! We loved it!
