About this house rental

Ideal retreat in the heart of Key Largo. With recent updates this is now a 4-bedroom offering room for up to 10 guests whether two families, multiple couples, or a getaway with friends! Whatever the plan, 804 Mariners Club does not disappoint. Located in the gated community of Mariners Club framed with lush tropical landscaping, the townhouse affords a sense of privacy and seclusion while being mere steps from the community amenities and a short drive to shops and restaurants.
Enter into the first floor and this living area contains a wet-bar kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave and a dining table for 4 for a fun game night. Bedroom one on this level has a king bed and a flatscreen TV and the semi-private bedroom two offers two single beds and a large flatscreen TV as well. The shared bathroom has a luxury steam shower and is just a step outside the bedroom door. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sitting area on this level.

An interior staircase to the second floor brings you to the main living area with an open floor plan. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed for maximum storage and convenience. The homeowners have stocked it with plenty of dishes and cookware, the appliances are stainless steel and are accented with granite counters. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the breakfast bar. For larger families, the dining table can be expanded to seat 8 by use of table the table leaf.

There are two bedrooms on this second level, both with a king bed with the master featuring its own spacious ensuite boasting a step-in shower and a corner spa tub.

The screened porch off the living room and master bedroom brings the outside in through wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and offers a tree view.

804 Mariners Club has many other amenities including top-of-the-line mattresses, high-speed wi-fi, TVs in the ground floor den, the main floor livingroom and all bedrooms, board games for family fun, a washer and dryer on each level for your comfort and convenience and two central air conditioning units.

Overall, the house was wonderful and provided the essentials. Please consider providing more trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Communication from the team prior to arrival was timely and helpful.

We loved staying at Mariners. The amenities were incredible. Our ceiling fan in the covered porch never worked and one of the showers downstairs had a plumbing issue where it would only dispense scalding hot water. We tried to get maintenance to fix but they couldn't and said they would escalate with owners but nothing was ever done. MGR RESPONSE: The issue with the ceiling fan was the chain broke off up inside. We have since replaced it. We are sorry the plumbing company was simply unable to get us on their schedule over the Thanksgiving holiday. Although there are two other showers available in the townhouse we do realize the inconvenience for you. Rentals team was very responsive

The stay was so wonderful and our accommodations was perfect for our family. I would book another stay at Mariners Club as the pool was perfect. Location was great for us as well. Each person we worked with was friendly and so helpful.

From start to finish our stay was perfect. The security personal was welcoming and friendly while at the same time doing their job to secure the property and adhere to quiet hours. The fitness center is well appointed, and pool/grounds are pristine. The hot tub by the pool could use to have the jets repaired or turned on stronger and the Grotto hot tub could be hotter, otherwise I have no negative feedback :-) SUGGESTS: Renting a boat for the day at Robbie's to explore the various snorkeling spot, snorkeling tour at John Pennekamp State Park, day trip to Key West and Bahia Honda. We also enjoyed the diving boards at Jacob's Aquatic Center! Team members from Barefeet rentals helped me choose the perfect unit for my family. We were looking for space and a quiet location that was still close to the pool and unit 804 did not disappoint. It was absolutely perfect!

This property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. 15 min or less from everything. It was immaculate. It had more supplies than stated. Abd the company was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

It was a great setup for 2 families with small children - the children could sleep upstairs and the adults could hang out downstairs and not bother them. Awesome community, easy to use, fabulous location!

It was a great time. A couple things to note on the unit - the water filter in the upstairs fridge needs replacement - the handles on the tub in the master are swapped(hot is blue, cold is red), which lead to a bit of a too-hot tub situation - the shower door in the downstairs bathroom leaks a little bit - upstairs washing machine had an odor
