About this apartment rental

Nestled on a five-acre estate, this custom-built home received the Outdoor Living Award from Tahoe Quarterly Magazine – and we can see why. As you arrive at the property, take a moment to breathe in the fresh pine-scented air while taking in the breathtaking views over the abundance of nature. With two levels of outdoor living areas, you can lap up the views from different angles without leaving the great outdoors. Enjoy blissful homemade meals and barbecues on the terrace featuring an alfresco dining area before watching the sunset from the hot tub. You'll find further entertainment amenities on the second terrace, including a ping pong table and enough space to practice yoga at sunrise. In the backyard, warm up around the fire pit as night falls, and make the most of the solid stone loungers during the daytime of the warmer months spent here. There's just as much leisure space inside as outside; as in the open plan living area and kitchen, stretch out wherever you find comfy amidst the cosy and contemporary interiors with a glass of California wine in hand. We bet the floor-to-ceiling fireplace will keep you feeling warm and fuzzy after a day of discovering the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area. Whether you're staying in summer or winter, the area offers outdoor activities galore. From hiking and biking in the pine forests to sought-after ski resorts such as Northstar, Squaw, Alpine Meadows, and Sugar Bowl, located just a fifteen-minute drive away, you won't be stuck for things to do here. And for more relaxed days beyond the amenities of the home, why not head into downtown Truckee where you'll discover the array of coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars on offer?
