Welcome to the Big Breasy Bay House! If you're looking for a slice of paradise near the Bay and the Beach you have found it, so be prepared to kick back, relax and embrace the luxury this home has to offer! Our perfectly located home is just 5 minutes from Old Town and the beach. Are you a foodie? The cuisine in Old Town is truly sea to table, and here you'll find some of the freshest seafood and flavorful meals from fine dining to casual bar food.

Weather you'd like to wake up and have coffee with a bay view or head straight to the golf course or Casino this is the spot for you. Our home has plenty of space for families or friends who stay to spend quality time together over meals or movies.

We value a good nights rest and have made sure our sleeping arrangements account for this. Each room has quality memory foam mattresses, with a king master suite, a spacious queen guest room, and four cozy bunks. In the master bedroom you'll find a luxury king sized bed, a flat screen tv, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom is bright and airy featuring a queen sized bed and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom can appeal to all guests. The bunk beds are perfect for families with children or groups of adult friends on a weekend getaway.

We value family and know just what its like traveling with children. We have included a pack and play for easy travel and light packing. You will also find that the bottom bunk beds allow for safe toddler sleeping.

The outdoor space at our home is just like its name - Big and Breasy. This includes a spacious front porch with lounge seating to relax and enjoy your morning coffee in sunshine. The back porch offers bay views and is a great extension off of the kitchen. The outdoor entertainment area under the home is perfect for crawfish boils, barbeques, and outdoor games. In our bright and modern bay home you'll never want to leave!

The house was well maintained, clean and comfortable for our family of 5. I wish it would have been a little closer to the beach but the golf cart made our trips over to the beach so fun!

We traveled with another family and a total of 4 small children/toddlers. Convenient to everything BSL and the surrounding area. The golf cart is a fun perk to staying here. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great time in Bay St. Louis. This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The weather wasn’t great so we spent a lot of time at the large dining table playing games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Short drive to Old Town and the beach.

We search out beach golf cart towns to travel to. Found Bay St. Louis and an awesome house that came with a 6 person golf cart. Couldn’t be more perfect for our family! We had a great time on this quick trip. The owners were very responsive and helpful!

Located on a nice, quiet street. Plenty of room and amenities, very convenient to popular areas in BSL, especially with use of the golf cart. Check-in and out was very easy!

We stay A LOT in this area as we are looking at properties to move there. This was one of the best places we’ve found. It is beautiful, super clean, amazing beds, very comfortable, great location and the golf cart was SO fun to take to town. We had ages 5-74 and everyone loved it!! Everything was perfect!! Thank you so much for having us! We will definitely be back!!

We booked this house to attend the BSL parade. It was the perfect place and the golf cart was a huge plus! Very clean, quiet area, not too far from downtown and communication was great!

Property is just as described but more lovely in person. VERY quiet and secure neighborhood. Extra amenities by host were so thoughtful. Communication with host was top notch. We have stayed many times in the area and this was by far my favorite host experience.

Loved the peaceful and quietness of the location. A few minute drive to Old Town and with adding the cart, made it an easy drive in, parking, and return. Home was well appointed and very comfortable. Owners very responsive with minor issues which didn't impact our stay.

First I will start out with how beautiful the home is and Sarah was a awesome host. Upon arrival (we got to check-in early which was great) the door lock was not working correctly but Sarah came the next day and put in a new one. The bedsheets in the bedroom upstairs had not been changed, there was so much hair in the bed I slept on the couch that night. When Sarah came the next day to fix the locks she also brought sheets to change the bed. When charging the golf cart it would trip the GFI so the electrical needs to be looked at. Last thing was the roaches. I spoke to Sarah about the problem she said living close to the water and wooded area it attracts them =(

We rented the Big Breasy for a girls trip. The house was exactly how it looks in the pics. Beautiful and clean with all amenities you could want. Beds are super comfy and check in/out was easy. We rented the golf cart and it was an easy and fun way to get back and forth to town. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with plenty of room and close to town and harbor for fishing. We come to Bay St.Louis around 10 times a year and this one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in.

Short ride to the beaches and old town. Brand new with a large spacious 1st story and big master. Comfortable beds. Like use some more kitchen items but they have the basics. Communication with owners was superior and much appreciated. They care about you having a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would for sure rent again!
