The lower level houses the den and bedroom combo with two queen beds - ideal for teenagers. Upstairs, unwind in the open floor plan between the elegant kitchen with a breakfast bar and the dining room with seating for eight. Traverse through to the living room and grab a cocktail on the way from the wet bar. The living room boasts natural elements from the dark wood beams to the stone gas fireplace with soft tones for complete comfort and relaxation.
Enjoy the pine views from the balcony just off the living area near a table for games or a quiet place to sip morning coffee. As the night approaches, head to the top floor where three bedrooms reside, each with its ensuite. The main king bedroom has seating to cozy up with a book and a quiet office to sneak in a bit of work. Ten Pines Hideaway is the perfect home to enjoy memorable moments in the mountains.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- Parking: Two spaces, one in the garage, one in driveway.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
