House can fit up to 14 people (2) per bed but is IDEAL for 12 people.
Big sectional sofa can be used as a sleeping area. We also provide 2 inflatable mattresses.

- This property is pet friendly.
$100 per pet. Please message us requesting pet fee when you book.
BBQ - Free Propane - No fee - We please ask our guests to clean after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it but if BBQ is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.
No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
3 cars parking on property.
