You are welcomed into a huge living/dining /open plan kitchen area on the ground floor, with 3 twin/super king bedrooms and a high spec shower room on the 1st floor
Stairs lead you down to the basement level, where there is a garden apartment with a twin/super king bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, newly refurbished shower room (walk in shower, Hansgrohe taps and shower fittings) and patio door with access to a terrace and back garden. The apartment is connected to the ground and first floor floors flat via internal stairs.
Argyll Street South car park is directly behind this property, for easy car parking.
Lade Braes walk is a stunning woodland path that takes you from one end of St Andrews to the other, with a great kids park on route, it is a lovely safe location for families with children or for family walks. The proximity to the Old Course also makes it perfect for golf groups looking to park up and walk with clubs down to the course.
