About this villa rental

The Villa stands on a large 1100m2 plot, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, sleeping a maximum of 8 people and has a huge amount of outdoor space. The town of Quesada known as the “Quesada Strip” is a mere 6-minute walk away. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa.

This Property is rented out as a whole including the apartment. There would be no other rentals taken during your time here. There is private off road parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway.

The main villa is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a dining room, lounge area with Smart TV, English TV Satellite Channels, fully equipped Kitchen, family bathroom complete with walk in shower and w/c. There are three bedrooms - one king size with an en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and w/c, with a further king size bedroom and twin bedroom. All bedrooms have good storage. Air-Con is available throughout the villa.

Access to the main villa is via the front staircase, this takes you straight into the glazed sunroom, then into the living room which comprises a good sized family seating area along with a log burning fire for winter months. Firewood can be purchased locally if required.

The dining room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen (including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen essentials). Patio doors lead from the dining room to an outside terrace where you will find a table and chairs ready for you to enjoy your early morning coffee.

The front sunroom overlooks the garden and pool area, there are comfy chairs and if you are an early riser you can watch the sun rise from here.

There is a self-contained apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has its own equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge area along with a king sized bedroom with plenty of storage. The lounge area also has English TV Satellite Channels and a DVD player. Air-con is available in the apartment also.

The pool area has 8 sunbeds along with outdoor furniture for relaxation. The villa gets plenty of sunshine all day so you can work on your tan. You will also find outdoor dining furniture so you can enjoy alfresco dining. The pool is 10m by 8m (approx.) which is a great size either for swimming or playing in, the deepest part being around 6FT. There is a gate to gain entry to the pool area making it extremely child friendly. You will find an outdoor kitchen along with games area containing of a pool table and ping pong table.

A washing machine and dryer are situated in the attached garage at the side of the villa and is available for use although washing detergent is not provided. The washing line can be found at the rear of the property.

There are various fruits trees to the rear-side of the property. Please feel free to help yourself should you need a slice of lemon for your gin and tonic, fruit for your sangria or freshly squeezed orange to accompany your morning breakfast (season dependant).

In the town of Ciudad Quesada you will find a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants, numerous banks, a bowling alley, a snooker hall, a water park, crazy golf and a gym. There are several supermarkets in the area which are well-stocked and competitively priced, within walking distance. There is also a pharmacy, hairdressers and 24-hour petrol station. There is a Health Centre nearby which will see holiday makers should the need arise. There are plenty of larger supermarkets around, but they are a short drive away.

Just like to say what a fantastic villa and location. Pool was lovely, it’s bigger than you think from the pictures. The whole outside area is superb as there is loads of space for everyone to be together or for when you want a bit of time on your own. You also have the added pool table along with ping pong as well to pass away the time. It was great to have the independent apartment on the ground level which worked well for us with our big family. Upstairs is great too as there is one big bedroom with en-suite and 2 others which share a good size bathroom. Aircon in each of the bedrooms and lounge along with the fans keep everywhere nice and cool. Any Queries or issues were dealt with promptly by the villa manager, good communication. Lots of places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Two places we would recommend are The Argentinian steakhouse and Day and night. Highly recommend this villa and we will be returning.

The villa was great and so close to local amenities. We hired a car but you didn’t really have to as everything was just a walk away. The pool was lovely we had a couple issues during our stay with it but was dealt with promptly by property manager. Plenty space for the kids to play. Overall was a good holiday and would recommend

Beautiful villa in an excellent location. Communication with Jill and Joanne was first class making the visit most enjoyable. We would certainly be looking to book the villa again in the future - Quesada has everything you could want in terms of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Had an amazing time…the villa is exactly what you see if not more. Had everything my family needed, close to all the bars and restaurants within walking distance. Meet and greet from Merrymaids, Joanne was fab, showed us around, even met the gardener. Thanks to Jill for the communication, will definitely be going back 🙃

We have just returned from a 14 day stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation and outside space is exceptional especially as a family of 8 you need plenty of space. The games area went down a treat with everyone, the outdoor kitchen area is also a nice extra and probably would have used it in cooler months. The villa is in walking distance into the town of Quesada where there are plenty of places to eat out. I did try and book again for the same time next year but unfortunately it was already booked. Great villa great holiday. Would definitely recommend it.

From the initial communications with Jill, the friendly welcome from Joanne and the stay itself, this was a fantastic holiday! Comfy spacious villa, great pool, with a pool table and table tennis table as well. Very close to great places to eat - a great location, beautiful villa - very highly recommended, we hope to be back one day!

Lovely, peaceful villa with great outdoor space. Off road parking. Gated pool, so safe for younger children. BBQ area had everything needed and games area well equipped. Short walk to town, where there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Short drive to beaches and market.

The property was large enough to accommodate 4 Adults and 4 teenaged boys with enough room for everyone to have their own space, the pool area was excellent, the villa was very private, in a nice area and near all the facilities in the area. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning

What a lovely villa cannot fault anything. Excellent communication with both the owner and Merry maids. Everything you need is at this property we had the best time ever. The location is spot on nice and quiet but only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. We did not want to leave made wonderful memories. Very highly recommended Than you

We have stayed in a few properties in quesada and this is one of the best , photos doesn’t do this property justice it’s immaculate inside and out , lovely pool great for families as it’s gated , the pool was very clean , it’s about 8 minutes walk into quesada strip with some great restaurants , but very quiet as it’s in a cup-de-sac, , beds were so comfy better than ours at home , I can’t rate this property enough as it’s perfect, u won’t be disappointed if you rent it , and the owner has replied to my messages , merry maids met us on arrival and on departure and there were very good a thumbs up all around many thanksTracey xx
