Good!

Large and comfy room. Clean enough. The toilet is large and spacious. The water heater worked well. The customer centre and housekeeping crew responded fast and well to my request to help shut the stucked toilet window. Had dinner at the cafe and the food was delicious! The tomyum soup, wet butter chicken, and mixed veggies were awesome. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast of fried rice was scrumptious, too!

The toilet window was stuck, unable to be shut properly by the crew. It was too cold for showers as strong chilly air entered through the window gap. Shower water pooled on the floor near the drain hole. There was an unpleasant smell coming through the toilet bowl and spread throughout the room.

Beautiful view of mount Kinabalu and view down the valley from balcony. Simple room with all basic necessities. Cafe there also serve some good food.

The view, the facilities and the food . I'll definitely come back here .

Maybe the restaurant can improve more. The food was superb but it kinda took a long time to cook and some dishes was not serve.

Nothing special. I guess you can’t ask for much for the price so it is ok. But expect a very basic room, not a very clean one (smelly, some insects) but overall good enough for a short stay.

The scenery is the best

Since the trip was family trip, would be better if rooms booked were placed next to each other for easy access and communications among siblings.

Not bad but can be inproved

Good scenery (have balcony for you to enjoy the sunrise and the view) and the bed are super comfort

1. Stayed for two night and there was one night 10 minutes of no electricity while sleeping, and there emergency light was switched on and made us awaken. 2. Should install mosquito nets. We had to close the glass slide door between sleeping area and balcony to avoid insects (including flying cockroaches) from entering the room, especially at night when the insects get attracted by light source. 3. The tap of bathroom is not firm enough. Water needs to be turned small to be hot enough for bathing.

Nice view and rooms are fair value for the price.

The view was great. The rooms were clean although a little more maintenance was needed. The restaurant was good. Staff all nice.

Other Chinese guests with children who were extremely selfish and noisy very late at night (past midnight) and early in the morning. Lack of maintenance in the bathroom. Urine smell in our room.

the room is clean n big the meal isssss loveeeeee!!! sangat sedap and worth the price. portion big. got 1 seja fail which is the sayur kailan, but he other is superb. recomending their korean chicken wings and thai fish mango if im not mistaken. view = 100% got mount K view lg so clear

Worth staying.

The room was very clean. However, the mattress is not so comfy and the shower is not so hot. Other than that, it is all good.

The surrounding very serene and if u like to experience gunung kinabalu, this place is recommended. There is also a restaurant that serves nice food.

One Night Family Trip

I like the scenery. Can see Mt Kinabalu n sunrise. Room very spacious. Parking availability. Security is ok. Weather is cool. Staff is very helpful. Good place for BBQ. They provide BBQ stand, umbrella, plastic chairs n lights. FYI, we need to provide our own utensils, charcoal etc....

Aircon not working. Just blowing air. Basin is leaking when use the water. Water from water heater is not warm, still cold.

Jr resort stay

We had a great stay. We had a large n clean room, beautiful 'kampong' n mountain sight. I requested for room at the ground level cos we travelled with baby (many bags), they arranged the ground level room for us.

We followed gps for location n i dont know why the gps gave us the gravelled route. Luckily, we asked the locals n they told us that we should make a u-turn n followed another route (the non gravelled one)😅

Location was perfect, but little but far away from Kundasang. You will need a car for sure, The receptionist was kind! And the restaurant was PERFECT! They prepared the food for good price very well (vegetarian friendly :) )
