We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was the first "family reunion" for us and our children. The house was great. It was nice to have bedrooms for all couples. It was hard having only 2 bathrooms, but we made it work. Also, the shower in the small bathroom had some mold at the bottom and the showerhead sprayed straight out the door. The kitchen was kind of small for the number of people but there were plenty of gathering areas (the sun room, the garage family room, the main living room) so we didn't feel cramped. The yard was fantastic with lots of room for yard games, a fire area, and room for the dog to run. The dock was in great shape with space for our boat. The public boat launch was VERY shallow and left some damage on our boat, but this was not the property owners' fault. We should have looked into depth before we went. The beds were very comfortable and all bedding was soft and clean. Rachel, the host, was on the spot when we had questions and very concerned that we had a great stay. We would go back!!

We had a great family vacation - 3 generations all together and we had a blast. There is room for everyone to be together to be able to play games, eat and hang out inside and out. The 20 year olds loved being able to use the garage as a hang out after the parents & grandparents went to bed. The yard is nice and level so we were able to play plenty of yard games and chill around the fire. Cokato lake is great for water sports and doesn't get very busy - even on the weekends.

We had a great time and appreciated the large variety of spaces to spread out as a family. Very user-friendly experience as the hosts have lots of amenities and clear descriptions and instructions on how to use them (both inside and outside). My kids loved the two person kayak and paddle board and the plentiful sleeping options. There isn't much you could possibly need that the hosts haven't thought of and already included for their guests.

The property and lake shore were excellent. The poor water supply issues were a problem. We had to take a glass and fill it from the sink to get the toilet filled up for a second flush. We were. unable to shower on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

It was a very welcoming experience. The grandchildren loved the ping pong table in the garage. I loved the sun room. What a view. We also liked having various spaces to sit and read, visit or the garage to play games and music.
