Welcome to Sunshine Adventures in Gilbert, Arizona!

Relax in our spacious and updated home featuring 4 bedrooms, a loft with a pull-out bed, and 3 bathrooms—perfect for groups of up to 12. Enjoy the private backyard oasis with a heated pool (winter) and cooled pool (summer) at no extra cost, ensuring year-round fun. Guests also have access to Power Ranch community amenities, including parks, trails, fishing ponds, two pools, and a splash pad.

The Space:
Our home is designed for comfort and fun. Unwind in the backyard with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor seating. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, large family room with a 65" 4K Smart TV, playroom for little ones, and a dining area perfect for meals or game nights. The upstairs loft is ideal for kids’ movie nights or gaming, while the bedrooms offer premier bedding for a restful sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, backyard with private pool, and all the Power Ranch amenities, including two additional community pools, a splash pad, parks, sports courts, trails, and a fishing pond.

Neighborhood Highlights:
Located in Power Ranch, we are just 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport and 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Enjoy close proximity to SanTan Village shopping, restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and Downtown Gilbert’s vibrant dining scene.

Additional Notes:
Parking is limited to two cars onsite, with street permits available upon request. Families with young children will appreciate amenities like a playhouse, highchair, and pack-n-plays.

We had a fantastic week! The house was so clean and well kept! The space was perfect and comfortable…the pool was amazing…heated so that we could swim in the morning when we awoke…such a treat! Jenny was always available and so helpful pre trip and during. Nice location..beds were comfortable and linens as advertised!! Thank you for the great week!

This house is AMAZING!!! We loved everything about it. It was perfect for my grandchildren; all 7 of them!! The heated pool is a real plus! The little house under the stairs was a favorite place for the younger ones to play. The entire house is very well maintained & stocked with anything you could possibly need or want!!! Thanks for making our family Christmas the best ever!

My family and I really enjoyed this place. Perfect for a family with kids of all ages. My kids loved the heated pool and toys. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was the most organized and fully stocked place we have stayed. We will be back in the future!

This home is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The floor plan is very functional, the decor is stylish, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is efficient and very well-stocked and the pool is lovely. There were three comfortable gathering locations and plenty of dining places.

This was our little boys first airplane trip. The place was beautiful, spacious, and loved the kids playroom with toys. The pool area was great for our family with awesome glossies and pool toys. Neighborhood was friendly and felt safe. We went for walks each day. Owner was quick and polite with all questions! We would definitely recommend this place to others!!

We were in town for a wedding and had an awesome stay here! The booking process was quick and easy! The owners were quick to respond to any questions! The home was stocked with all the essential items and then some! Super clean and spacious! We had our 5 year old with us and he loved the cute little play area under the stairs! We all enjoyed the pool it was clean and heated….there was also pool toys to enjoy! The neighborhood was quite and just perfect for us! We would def stay here again if we were to travel to AZ in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the refreshing swimming pool. It provided endless hours of fun for our entire family. The kids couldn't get enough, and even the adults found it hard to resist taking a dip. It was the perfect way to beat the Arizona heat. Another perk of this vacation rental was its location in a picturesque neighborhood. Every morning, we took advantage of the scenic surroundings by going for invigorating bike rides and runs. Exploring the area was an absolute delight, and it added a whole new dimension to our stay. The house itself was a true gem. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the interior design added a touch of luxury to our vacation, making us feel right at home. The bedrooms were a dream. Beautiful pool, fully stocked kitchen, very clean and tastefully decorated with several gathering spots for family members, cute playhouse, enormous tv, quiet neighborhood yet still close to shopping and restaurants easy check in with owners, and miles of walking paths.

I loved this property! It was set up for adults to infants. We appreciated not having to haul, pak-n-plays, booster seats & baby gates. The older kids loved the warm pool and the man cave. I appreciated the coffee pods, soaps and clean towels after a long day of travel. Great location.

This is a fantastic place and the host Jenny is excellent. Very clean, great decoration touches, and they have everything you could need. Hangers, check. USB ports by each bed, check! Pack n play, check! Etc. The pool area is great and the location is so great for Gilbert. Seriously book this listing if it’s available because you won’t fine a better one or a better host. This home is tastefully decorated and the pool was certainly an added welcome bonus for being in Phoenix during summertime! There were plenty of bath and pool towels, pots and pans for cooking in the Kitchen, huge washer and dryer, and spaces to sit, relax and chat. Only suggestion would be more general spices available for cooking. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and freeways are nearby. This home nicely accommodates 3 families with children. We recommend it.
