Great house and so close to the beach. It rained everyday and having the house so close to the beach was super convenient and it allowed us to still enjoy the beach from the beautiful balconies. The elevator for our luggage was so nice as there is a lot of stairs. Property owner was very accommodating and nice. We will definitely stay here again

So close to the beach which is so convenient with kids. Easy to run back if you forgot anything and able to leave up tents to come back in the afternoon and you can see all your belongings from the house. The lift for the heavy luggage was another feature we loved. 3 levels of stairs can be hard with little kids but if they are walking age it’s totally doable. We arrived several days after the hurricane and the owner was very attentive to all our needs/questions with the uncertainty relating to the hurricane. We had all the amenities we needed to stay 4 days comfortably.

3 couples enjoyed the house. Literally just steps from the beach. Beautiful views. Great location in regards to shopping and dining as well.

It was convenient, layed out well, and slept all of us. I think cleanliness is short. Bedding and towels was stained. Apparently there had been a party before us and window sill and sofa bed was full of confetti and pink balloons. Crumbs still under table. Furniture in den is not comfortable. Cookware pots are scorched and stained. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Just wanted to mention a few items that would be helpful for future bookings.

Simple wonderful. This property provided our family with one of our best vacations ever. The location is relatively private and insanely close to the beach. Morning and evening views from the balcony were pristine. Owner was very responsive and kind. The house itself was fun, clean and had plenty of room for our family of five. Very enjoyable and true to what the owner has listed.

Vrbo did not give or respond to the code for the lock box to get inside for over an hour. Ended up called property owner to get it . She was very helpful and sweet. Sand in the sheets of two different beds trash was half full inside when I got there .

Cabinets very well stocked, coffee, marinades and every utensils, pots and pans you need. Ac worked great, plumbing and showers worked perfect and the view of ocean, sound of waves just awesome. We did not want to leave. Their are a lot of beach houses everywhere but I highly recommend this one, very clean when we arrived and the cargo lift a major plus, send all your things up on the lift instead of having to walk it up by stairs!

Check in, location,view,cleanliness. All of those things were perfect. The only thing that was wrong was it showed a smoker in the picture but when we got there it was in the trash rusted. That’s not going to keep me from staying here again. I loved this house. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Inspite of the cold weather (28 degrees when we arrived), we had a wonderful three days!! My daughter and her boyfriend took lots of walks and walrs the pups. I stayed in the warm house (repaired the upstairs heater fist day as it quit working) watching the waves roll in. Perfect place! Right in the beach with no side neighbors so you have fabulous views! Nayomi was so responsive and took care of us especially with the heater repair. She had her cleaning lady Sarah come over and check on filters and get us a heater for the living room until the unit was repaired which was very quick. We can’t wait to come back.

When the listing says steps from the beach, it is not kidding! The backyard is the beach and ocean. The location is unmatched, can't say enough. The house is very modern and well-decorated. All supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Multiple bedrooms and floors for groups to spread out and still be in the house together. We will definitely be back next year for our event in Galveston again, highly recommend it!

This cute house is literally steps from the beach!! We had our adult children with us and their 2 dogs and it had plenty of room for all 8 of us. Nayomi was super easy to work with and very accommodating. We had rental car trouble and needed to stay an extra night to get the car fixed. Nayomi was a sweetheart and allowed us to stay another night. I would highly recommend this rental home.

Nayomi is great to work with! Very responsive to any issues that arise. This was the first time staying on Crystal Beach and the first time we have splurged on a front row property. Well worth it! Being able to view the ocean from every room in the house was amazing. Loved the deck! Spent a lot of time out there! Some things to keep in mind: Crystal Beach is very popular and the house is right next to a public access road. Trucks, dune buggies, motor bikes cruising up and down the beach were a constant presence. However, because the beach is so broad it didn't feel crowded, or as if anyone was intruding in our space. Also the wind and waves provide their own level of noise, so there were only occasional traffic sounds and the accompanying vehicle music. Essentially, just know that there is an informal roadway between the house and the water. Also, fireworks were shot off nearly every night. This wasn't a problem for our crowd, but those who are looking for a quiet beach might want to keep that in mind. Also, the kitchen is fully functional as advertised, but not fully stocked. Different vacation homes provide different levels of "staples," so while there are some items left from previous guests, you should be prepared to bring anything you'll want to use. The house is very stylishly decorated and has modern furniture and fixtures. Beds VERY comfortable. Would love to stay again.

The property location was great. Unfortunately the home needs updated with paint. The bathrooms are in need of remodeling and so does the kitchen. There was a light socket that had black powder around it as in electrical problems The furniture was stained inside and out.

This property was just what we needed, a wonderful place to stay for a week with family! The property manager Nayomi was wonderful! We had a bad storm and lost power for a bit and she was on top of giving us updates and making sure we were comfortable. The property sitting by itself right on the beach was quite and peaceful! We look forward to our next time here.

Had a very nice stay. Very easy to book and everything was clean. Bottom room stayed very hot at night. Not sure if there were 2 different places to adjust temperature. We went and bought a little fan to sleep with at night. Other than that it was super convenient for the beach and taken care of.

We had the best time staying here! The location was perfect, the house is on a block alone so no noisy neighbors, and literally just across the dune from the beach. My only suggestion would be to put high chairs on the top balcony for a better view! The railing blocks the best view, but really that's such a first world problem! 😂 The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything!
