very comfortable, good location, lots of thought in decor, facilities, extras, well equipped, easy access, good location for airport and for eating out etc. comfy bed and studio clean

Für kurze Aufenthalte, wenn man fest schläft.

Das Apartment ist niedlich eingerichtet und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Ein Obstkorb, Instantkaffee und Kekse erwarteten uns.

Die Flugzeuge flogen noch bis 0:40 sehr dicht über das Aus und die ersten Starts waren ab 5:30 Uhr. Das Bett ist mit einem Laken plus Überdecke bezogen (englisch). Der Matratzenschoner war aus einem Kunststoff und mir zu warm. Trotz der ca 18 Lichtschalter im Raum, habe ich die Sicherung 'rausgedreht' um auch das Licht über dem Fenster löschen zu können.

Amazing experience would highly recommend

Everything was perfect - we arrived to such a bubbly greeting everyone was just lovely and so accomodating. Little one bedroom apartment has everything we needed even a little kitchen to cook. Everything clean and felt very new.

On a tight budget - it's OK.

Close to the airport. Clean, comfy bed, nice host.

The area is mediocre. The room is quite dark. The bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable: no shelves, no hangers/hooks, the shower's handle fell apart while I was using it, water from the shower splashes everywhere.

Comfortable first night

The style and interior design as well as the lovely hosts. Great amenities for a short city break tho we only were there as a pit stop to our hotel the next day.

It’s right in the takeoff path of Heraklion airport (as is the whole city) so was a tad noisy. not the host’s fault - didn’t really get the chance to stay long enough to see if anything else wasn’t ideal - og it was impossible not to flood the bathroom with how the shower is laid out - not really a problem but the bath Matt was soaking

Lovely stay a bit too short!

My husband and I only stayed 1 night at KND and we wish we'd stayed longer! The apartment is small, but so nicely furnished and with so many little touches!!! You can really see that the owners have thought long about how to make guests feel welcomed! We arrived with a very late flight, so we didn't meet anyone at check-in, but we were in constant contact with the owner on Whatsapp and we were given very clear instructions. The planes taking off from Heraklion airport fly litterally above the apartment! For us this was a plus, because we love to see their power in action, but other people could find this too noisy...

Superb

The interior design was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of cutlery and crockery to go around for two people. Aswell as a lot of extra nifty equipment in the kitchen, including a frappediser, which was very useful. The host was wonderful. We were able to check in at 11am right as we arrived in the city, so we did not have to go around with our luggage any longer.

Beautiful room, very clean and welcoming. It had everything you could ever need for a holiday stay. The host was very friendly and provided us everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here because it was so cozy!

The neighborhood was pretty dangerous, but it was very close to the airport so that is a plus.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! We arrived very early in the morning (4 AM) after a night with a taxi. The host was waiting for us and opened up the door as soon as we got out of the taxi. Such a lovely welcome. The room was very clean and neat with a very comfy bed and a good working aircondition.

We traveled from New York to Athens, Crete and santorini. I regret we didn’t stay longer to this destination instead of the others because the room was amazing. Amazing wonderful comfortable place

The best place I’ve ever stayed. It is close to the airport, close to restaurants and shops. close to the beach. close to the center of Heraklion city and all the touristic attractions are near. It is sooooo perfect and quiet. Maria is the best host. The room was so clean and comfortable and had everything you need to cook a small meal. The lighting is so good and the bed amazing. Thank you KND Living Concept we will definitely be back and recommend

Lovely and very well equipped apartment

The apartment is very nicely located, in a quiet area but with lots of restaurants a few blocks away. The room was very well decorated and equipped. The bedding was very good quality.
