My wife and I wanted to bring our kinds down to St Augustine for a couple of days at the beach. The place was lovely, and in such a good location. Super easy to walk to the beach (we have a 2 and 3 year old), and even easier to walk to neighborhood restaurants. Other than the grocery store, we never had to use our car. The duplex is small, but works great for a few days, or if you have a smaller group. There was no washer and dryer which was okay, but would have been an issue if we were there longer than a couple days. Only real issue we had was the A/C unit stopped working on our last day. Was able to get in contact with the owner quickly to trouble shoot a few things. Ended up having to wait until the next day for the repair guy to come and fix it. It was a very hot night sleeping, but were refunded for that last night of the stay. Overall, it is a great house for 2-4 people looking for an awesome beach town in a very convenient location to everything.

My parents and I had a wonderful first trip to St.Augustine staying here! The place was very clean, the decor was so cute and the location was ideal! We loved being steps away from a coffee shop, local restaurants and just across the street from the beach. The condo had everything we needed for a 3 day stay and the communication for check in and out was very clear! The only real downside for us was not having a washer or dryer, especially for beach towels, but it wasn’t too big of a deal with a short stay. I would book this stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Duplex B. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful beach, Kookaburra Coffee Shop (a local favorite), several restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc. When we arrived, the icemaker wasn't working. We contacted the owner, who asked us to unplug the fridge for one hour, then plug it in, which we did. Still no ice. It seemed like the freezer wasn't staying cold at all. We told him we would buy a bag of ice and that we were okay with the fact that the icemaker wasn't working; he could figure it out after we left. The next morning, he came over and brought us a bag of ice, which we appreciated. The duplex is really cute. There is a full kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a TV. There's a half bath also. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, and 1 full bath. There is a small deck off the master bedroom. The bed was very comfy, the air worked great, and the shower was great. A bonus is the outdoor shower, which had hot water to rinse yourself off after a day at the beach. The yard is fenced. Because there is no washer and dryer, we probably wouldn't stay here for more than 3 or 4 days. We had wet towels, bathing suits, etc. that weren't totally dry after hanging outside overnight that we had to pack in our suitcases. There is an upstairs closet which has a washer and dryer hookup, so hopefully they'll put them in in the future. Also, there is only 1 TV, and it is downstairs. Would really be a plus to have at least 1 TV upstairs.

Being steps from the beach, Burrito Works, and the Kookaburra, this unit hits the location jackpot! We enjoyed our weekend break and would definitely stay again. Would love more beach towels and throw blankets as well as a washer and dryer but those are all easily addressed.

We loved our place and St. Augustine Beach so much we stayed an extra day! The location of our duplex was great, we could walk to everything (except the Publix) food, beer and most importantly the beach! The duplex was clean and had everything we needed - even beach chairs! It was the perfect size for us and had a great outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, renovation. Right next to all the best spots that the beach has to offer and newly renovated to boot! The perfect getaway with really kind hosts. We’ll be back :)

My husband and I stopped here on our drive to Marco Island. Stayed two nights. Beautiful beach just a quick walk down the street. Restaurants close by and coffee shop literally in backyard. Just a short ride to historic downtown. This place was the perfect location and we will definitely be back.

We stayed for the Daytona 500, however it was a terrible weather weekend. The property was in a good location. If not for the rain, we would've walked everywhere. Its a couple of blocks from the beach, but we didn't visit because of the rain. There are numerous restaurants/bars that you can walk to and only a short drive to historical downtown. It was just me & my husband and we only really slept there but I think this would be fine for 2 couples or a family of 4-5. The only issues we had were minor. The powder room toilet made a loud noise after flushing for about maybe 1-3minutes ish & the wifi was not that good. There is only one TV and you have to stream with you own apps so instead of putting our passwords in the TV, we used out phones and like I said the wifi worked for the most part but did have some hiccups. However if not for all the rain we wouldn't have been watching much TV anyway. And we would definitely book again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! It had everything we needed. It was a very clean comfortable space. A beautiful fenced in private yard. There is a nice coffee shop literally right next door and an amazing taco restaurant rght through the yard. The beach was just about a block away and more restaurants. The weather wasn't the greatest when we went so we didn't really get to enjoy the outdoor space But in good weather, this would be very enjoyable. I rate this place five stars. Also, may I add that the communication with the rental agency was five stars as well. Don't hesitate to book this place. It's really perfect.

This house was super cute. Very well located, steps away from the beach. Bonus was that out the back yard was a coffee/breakfast shop. Short 15 min drive to historic downtown St Augustine. We would stay here again!

Rented property for visiting friends for a week. Property was clean and well equipped for family vacation. The location was perfect within walking distance to beach, food, local shopping, and entertainment. I would definiatley rent again and recommend to others.

We stopped here on our way home from Miami (after a cruise). It was perfect for us and our 2 daughters, 12 & 15. The location from the beach and restaurants was great. It was a short drive into St. Augustine to view the historic town. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well.

This property was exactly how it looked online.. Short walk to the Beach and Restaurants. I loved the outdoor shower perfect for when coming from the Beach...Owners responded quickly with my questions.

Perfect spot for our two nights at St. Augustine Beach. We came as a little getaway to try to do a little surfing. Location was awesome. Easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop just a few doors down. Taco stand that was amazing was a two minute walk from the house. Just everything was easy Peezy. And the house was very comfortable. It was me and my two teenage boys. Plenty of room for all of us. And very clean! We shall be back! Thank you!

This unit was clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. The beach was so easy to walk to. The best part was having an amazing coffee shop next door. We can't wait to stay here again.
