BATHROOMS: Two fully-renovated bathrooms each with a walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

LOCATION: Located near the intersection of Mulberry and Riverside, this charming home offers convenience and accessibility. Please note that due to its proximity to the main thoroughfares, street noise may be noticeable during peak hours.

NOTE: This home was built in 1909 and features vintage hardwood floors. Please be aware that due to its age, you may notice a slight slant to the flooring.

Great location to have a family base camp. 6 adults slept comfortably in 3 bedrooms. Kitchen was adequate to make meals. Road noise was noticable but we quickly adapted to it. Nice outdoor private space but could use better outdoor seating or available camp chairs. House was very clean and fairly up to date. Floors were a little uneven and a little bit of a trip hazard if you are unsteady on your feet. Overall we would definitely stay again!

The post is misleading. The place might technically be in "Old Town", but it is on a loud busy street with bright street lights shining in the windows. And it is MUCH smaller than the posts would lead you to believe. It was clean with some nice decor. Beds were comfy (other than the murphy bed). The management company was easy to work with. The TV was broken. They replaced the TV the next morning. The floors throughout the place are uneven to the point of being unsafe. (Yes, it is an old house, but it's ridiculous). The floor vent right outside the bathroom is raised at least 1/4 of an inch above the floor - creating a tripping hazard (or a great opportunity to gash your foot). Because of the wavy floors, the kitchen barstools aren't stable. 3people in our group tipped them while trying to get in/out, of the seats (they were sober). One barstool was broken and leaning at a 45 degree angle. The ceiling in the back room is so low/slanted that a tall member of our party hit his head. The murphy bed has to be closed to get to the backyard because it blocks the door. The hot tub was nice, but wouldn't work if someone was using the washer. Two of the "bedrooms" have no closets - only cheap metal stands with fabric drawers. The closet in the other bedroom is occupied by the washer. Couldn't use the stove because the burners do not fit properly. The house next door looks like something from a horror film - complete with debris pile visible from the VRBO rental.

Very clean - manager very communicative- old renovated house so has some quirks Only issue - lot of snow this morning and no snow shovel so getting checked out was a bit of chaos

The rental is literally on a major street, next to train tracks. There are ear plugs in each bedroom for the noise. The flooring needs to be redone and is a hazard. The HVAC register in the kitchen is not level and I kicked it and busted my toe. Lastly I had a mouse run across my foot in the bathroom. The mgmt offered to come and try to catch the mouse but we were luckily leaving soon.

The listing stated there was a fire pit main reason we stayed there. When we checked in no fire pit. The photos also don't show that you have to put the murphy bed up to go out back. The floors were very unlevel, so any chairs or my childs pack an play wouldn’t stay in one place. We needed this getaway, so was pretty disappointed in how the house was compared to the listing. Would have been ok with it if the listing matched what the house actually was.

We played softball for a week in the Fort Collins area, and this house could not have been more perfect for us. Just the right size and the perfect location. We loved everything about this house located in the town of Fort Collins. I would recommend it to anyone. Had everything we needed.

Came to town for a family reunion, with our two adult children and enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. House was clean and comfortable for our family. Stacy, the property manager, was quick to respond to a few questions and we truly appreciated it. Looking forward to another trip to Fort Collins!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The house is very clean and well stocked, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town. The hot tub and outdoor space was a nice addition!

I am surprised that others gave this any stars given our experience. For multiple reasons, this property did not feel safe to us or, in our opinion, match the description and pictures on the website. After feeling unsafe for the one night that we stayed at the property, we decided to leave. We explained our numerous concerns to the property management company, and the person with whom we dealt was rude and refused to refund most of what we paid to stay at the property. We would not recommend this property to anyone.

Cute and comfortable house in a great location

We enjoyed our time at the house in Fort Collins. There are so many great things to do and see in the area. The house was cute and cozy. We enjoyed the backyard and hot tub. The bikes were a fun treat. My teenage daughter and I enjoyed a couple excursions on them. The beds were comfortable as well, including for a family member with back problems. Stacy was very responsive and easy to work with.

Easy to reserve, PM answered several questions before hand. Space was clean and tidy. Good space for several adults: one couple, brother and nephew. We did not have time to enjoy the great backyard space.

We had a great time in Fort Collins. The house was cute and clean. It is an older property that was remodeled. The floors in the main area were quite worn and in some areas seemed to be giving a lot and in need of attention. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking and eating utensils but I think that there was a need for food storage containers and also plastic wrap and foil. If you have a kitchen to cook in you should have something to store your leftovers in. Also the oven was very dirty when we arrived. It should be cleaned by cleaning crew.
