Vintage charm meets modern amenities in this 1902 Centennial Trail home in downtown Snohomish. Situated on the Centennial Trail and just a short walk from local dining, shops, seasonal farmers market, parks, and more, this home offers both convenience and comfort.

This beautifully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath, home-away-from-home accommodates up to six guests. Inside, you will want to cozy up to the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa, or cook a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Find a relaxing retreat in the spacious primary suite, tucked away on the main floor, with a king bed and full bath. If a little work is on the agenda, you will be comfortable working from home in a private, modern home office with wifi. For larger groups, the home office easily converts to sleeping space for your 5th and 6th guest, with two twin size trundle style beds.

What we love most about this house is the amazing location! Centennial trail is just steps from the front door and provides 30 miles of paved trail perfect for a bike ride, a run, or a leisurely walk. Directly across the street you will find a park for your family to enjoy. Being in the heart of downtown Snohomish means that you will be a short walk from restaurants, bars and breweries, and all of the charming antique and specialty shops that this historic downtown is known for. You will also be close to other unique Snohomish attractions, such as hot air balloon rides, Snohomish Aquatic Center, and the seasonal farmer's market.

We recently stayed at this delightful home for our daughter's wedding and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house was incredibly cute, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it a perfect home base for our family during such a special occasion. We had a lovely stay in Snohomish for a family wedding. The house was very clean and nicely updated. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quaint and we enjoyed our morning walks to town. We would stay here again.

I’ll start by saying the owner/management is a breeze to work and communicate with regarding this property. The home is extremely clean and well appointed for an enjoyable stay. Stayed due to son’s lacrosse game in Snohomish. House is wonderful and running/walk path right out front door was super nice…beautiful scenery. Has fireplace was a hit. Town of Snohomish was super cute

We're from Eastern Washington & were invited to attend our nephew's wedding in Snohomish. Booked house at last minute after discovering it would cost twice as much to put our family up in a hotel. Best decision we ever made! The home was neat & tidy, well stocked and had more than enough room for a family of 5/6. Convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. & hosts were very responsive & accommodating to our questions & needs. We'll definitely be back should we ever have need to find lodging in/near Seattle. Thanks again! :)

Jen's home was perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated and everything feels brand new. It is well stocked with everything one could need, including supplies for a baby or toddler. The home was immaculate. We would love to stay there again.

We so enjoyed this beautiful house in Snohomish. The owners have thought of everything and the attention to detail was outstanding. The neighborhood felt safe and the nearby trail was great for early morning walks. We can't wait to return!

This property is amazing. We could live there. My wife and daughter loved the decorating and the lay out. If we need again we would not hesitate to book. Host Jen was very responsive to all questions. She asked if we would make any changes to home to help future guests staying. We did but we’re all minor additions if they chose to do so. Thanks again Jen for a great stay and hope to stay again in future.

Immaculate place to stay had everything we needed and more. The one suggestion I would make would be to put black out curtains in the master bedroom. I prefer it a little darker when I’m sleeping. Overall a great place and I would highly recommend it. The hosts were very clear and check-in was very easy.

This property is in a perfect location, within walking distance to downtown Snohomish and walking trails.. Separate heating and cooling units in each living space meant that the indoor temp was perfect! The gas fireplace was great in the cool evenings. It was the best apportioned VRBO we have stayed at. The pans and cooking utensils were very high quality. The property was very quiet. The property was well maintained and looked brand new.

Loved my stay here was up in Lake Stevens taking care of my daughter who had had surgery the convenience was amazing so close to them not too many hotels up in the area. Sometimes as a VRBO renter things are not as they appear and pictures. The host have gone out of their way for all the conveniences plus being at your own home. I would stay here in a heartbeat

This is a sweet little old house that has been completely refurbished inside and is very comfortable. Furnishings were all way above average, a great fireplace, good temperature control for each room and every possible amenity was provided! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The property met all of our needs. It is within walking distance of downtown Snohomish, (I highly recommend Andy's Seafood). We tripped the circuit breaker for the upstairs rooms and Jennifer was very prompt in responding concerning it's location. This is not a negative comment, but we were unable to locate the outside recycling bin. I would definitely stay at this great property again!!!

This was one of the best homes we have rented. Very clean, beautiful, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. Great location next to the Centennial Trail and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. House rules were simple and straight forward. Property manager was very helpful, responsive, and polite. Felt like home!
