About this cabin rental
Please note that in high season, 25 june - 27 august, it is only possible to rent the house on weekly basis, changeover day saturday.
Our beautiful luxury all wooden home is built according to fine old traditions and with a modern Nordic style. It is spacious and very attractively decorated. The large kitchen/dining area connects with the living room, which is the house’s central space that invites relaxation and socialising with family and friends, for example, in front of a crackling fire in the stone fireplace.
From the lounge there are double patio doors that let in plenty of light into the house. These doors lead out to the large, partially covered patio.
The terrace is beautifully furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. Here you can enjoy the silence, the beautiful scenery, the evening sun, the view of the horse pastures and grill a steak on the Weber grill.
The house has five cosy bedrooms with double beds, which can be separated into single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one with a double shower and toilet. The second with a spa bath, toilet and a washer/dryer.
PS: Not that we think you will have time for it, but there is of course smart TV with a google chromecast.
Electricity consumption must be paid with 0,5 euro per used kwh.
Additional services that we offer:
Fee for bringing your dog is 70 euro
Final cleaning, 190 euro.
Linen ( bedcloths, towel and kitchencloths) 16 euro per person.
Firewood, 12 euro per sack

Das Objekt liegt, obwohl es in Südschweden ist, erstaunlicherweise ein wenig abseits, genau was wir gesucht haben. Auf 3 Seiten nur Wald, auf der Strassenseite sieht man die anderen Häuser ein wenig. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen…

Een prachtige woning, uniek gelegen in bosrijke omgeving, voorzien van alle luxe voor een ontspannen vakantie.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung
Das Ferienhaus ist recht neu und modern und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage am Waldrand.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und bei Ausstattung haben wir ebenfalls nichts vermisst.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zudem gut erreichbar.
Persönlich würde ich noch empfehlen eine Endreinigung zu buchen. Durch die Größe des Hauses spart man sich viel Aufwand vor der Abreise :)

Schönes Holzhaus mitten im Wald
Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt mitten im Wald. Es ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht für einen Urlaub.
Wir hatten das Pech, dass eine der Toiletten kaputt gegangen ist, aber ein Anruf beim Vermieter und es wurde umgehend repariert.

Mycket fin stuga och bra standard. Härlig uteplats under tak. Bra läge, nära till både natur och bad i havet. Vi hade en härlig vecka och rekommenderar denna stuga om man vill ha lugn och ändå nära till pulsen i Båstad ;)

Sommarvecka
Vi hade en underbar sommarvecka i huset tillsammans med barn och barnbarn. De fem sovrummen gav enskildhet när man så behövde och de gemensamma ytorna gav samvaro. Ett mycket fint hus som vi gärna återvänder till.

Luxeriöser Aufenthalt
Wunderbare Lage im Wald mit allen Möglichkeiten. Wir waren 10 Personen und fanden in dem großzügig gestalteten Haus wunderbar Platz. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Was unserer Meinung nach noch zu verbessern wäre, ist, dass sehr wenige Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und etc. vorhanden sind. Auch ein, zwei Teller oder Schüsseln mehr wären nicht schlecht. Nichtsdestotrotz ein wunderbares Domizil.

Nöjd med helheten
Hade bra kontakt med fastighetsägarna från start till slut. Var en ren och fin stuga med välplanerade ytor. Fanns i stort sett det mesta som behövdes för en trevlig vistelse.
Dock fick vi väldigt lite information ifrån ägarna att det krävdes att få en kod till en nyckelbox för att ens få tillgång till nyckeln till huset. Vi hade inte fått någon kod.
Hade varit bra om fastighetsägarna hade meddelat detta i samband med att sista betalningen gjordes. Då detta gjorde hela incheckningen lite förvirrande.
Står klart och tydligt att det ska vara sopsortering. Det skulle underlätta för de som hyr, om det redan i köket fanns mindre kärl uppmärkta med t.ex. ofärgat glas, plast, färgat glas etc. som sedan går lätt att tömma i stora kärlen utanför huset.
Sist men inte minst skulle de vara bra med informationen om de olika avgifterna så som städavgift, ved, el m.m. Vilket underlättar för dem som hyr och kunna veta vad den totala kostanden blir för vistelsen.

We had a very nice holiday in a house of Kim and Susanne in Växtorp. It was hard to find the right house (in Sweden they have two house numbers).
The house itself was very beautiful. The equipment in the house / kitchen was very good. A window wiper in the bathroom would still be useful.
Kim and Susanne were very friendly and helpful. Kim told us about nice places and restaurants to go (such as Saluhall in Höganäs). In short, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend the houses of Kim and Susanne (in our view, the new house being built is more than worth a visit).

Vi har virkelig nydt vores ferie i Susanne og Kim’ luksus bjælkehytte... Smagfuld indrettet, gode senge og omgivet af smuk natur - et sted hvor der er ro og fred! Og så er der ikke langt at køre til mange smukke naturoplevelser! Det er ikke sidste gang vi kommer her 🤩👌🏼🎉

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren Freunden in diesem Blockhaus.
Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist mitten im Wald.
Das Blockhaus ist einfach genial. Gute Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
Wir hatten Probleme mit der Toilette. Der Eigentümer Kim war sofort zur Stelle und das Problem wurde behoben. Kim und Susanne sind super freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

We were a large family of 9 people and the cabin were perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for socializing but also large enough bedrooms if you want to be alone. The cabin is very clean and modern but still feels cozy. Love the fireplace. The location is very nice in beatiful landscape and by car you can reach a lot of tourist spots easily: Båstad, Hovs Hallar, Kungsbygget, lake and beaches. The owners a very nice and quick to respond and help out if needed. Overall all of us are very satisfied with our stay and plan to return next summer.
