The stunning cobalt-blue waters of Lake Tahoe are just a 1-minute stroll from this 4BR/3BA (plus loft) condo at Lakeland Village Resort! Snuggle up by the gas fireplace beneath soaring open beam ceilings. Added perks include a private ski locker, a balcony, and a well-equipped full kitchen.

Provided beach chairs and a long pier help you make the most of the lakefront position. Enjoy a host of other excellent amenities including a heated pool, a hot tub, and a gym. Or go stand-up paddleboarding nearby.

Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create an inviting lodge-like ambience in the living area. Relax on the plush sectional and stream movies on the flat-screen smart TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar for four. The table in the dining area seats eight for festive meals.

This condo sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms and a loft area. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Restful nights await in the primary suite, outfitted with a California king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedrooms each hold two queen-size beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom features a California king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Partially open to the living area, the loft area is furnished with a queen bed. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a crib, a ski locker, and a washer/dryer. This unit does not have air-conditioning.

The private balcony has an electric grill and armchairs.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and pool. Plenty of room for our 10 family members. I had to contact customer service a couple times and they responded immediately and were very friendly! We will be back again!

We loved the amount of space we had to spread around. The kids had their own spaces if needed in the loft area and the adults mingled around the living room and fireplace.

Great house. Good setup, kitchen had a drip coffee maker, some trash bags, soap, dishwasher pellets. Bedding was worn in but comfortable. Downstairs bathrooms a little dated but good, upstairs was updated. Older home but fairly updated. Overall a great stay and perfect location. Would stay again.

The house was adorable , plenty of space for us all . The best part was how close the beach was. Short scooter ride to heavenly village where we ate dinner.

We came here for a girls trip with 9 woman. Great place and plenty of room. Super close to the lake and restaurants. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at Lakeland many times but this is the most I’ve ever had to pay, but apparently they can’t afford screens and a window was left open prior to us getting there and with no screens bats got into the unit. No support was provided and I have an infant. Luckily we had another condo I had to leave to after paying an insane amount for the minimum 2 nights required. Sheets were dirty. If you raise the price so much raise your standards.

The property was terrific. Conveniently located and spacious bedrooms. It truly sleeps 12 comfortably - everybody in a bed. The living area was spacious and very open, again plenty of room for 12. The parking was scarce after dinner hours so get parking earlier or just be patient if you need to walk a little. We were on the far side of the resort and one night had to park on the other side. It isn't that far (5 min walk) but in winter in the dark it was slippery and cold.
