Important Notes:
**There are stairs from the parking area to the house.
**All bathrooms are on the main level of the home.
** There are outdoor cameras on the property. One at the front of the property and one at the back for security purposes.
** Although we do not allow pets, this is our part-time residence, and we have a dog. We do our best to remove all signs of pet hair, but this may not be the best place for you if you have allergies.
** We do not allow unsupervised or overnight docking of boats on either of our piers for liability & safety reasons.
**Both piers are removed mid-October through mid-May and stored on the property for the winter
**Furniture - Please refrain from moving any of the interior or outside furniture.
**Folding chairs may be taken down to the dock, but should not be left unattended or overnight. (Large gusts of wind will blow them into the water).
