Moreover, you can enjoy the convenience of the propane fire table or smokeless fire pit for warmth while enjoying the outdoor beauty.

The newly designed lake home offers a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living space, dining area, full kitchen, central A/C and heat, a work space, lightning-fast WiFi, Netflix, Roku, propane grill, propane fire table, smokeless fire pit, bocce ball, board games, life jackets, fishing gear and much more to elevate your stay to the next level.

We also have a list of local attractions that cater to everyone in your party. Fishing enthusiasts will love our location since Lake Winnebago is known for great fishing, with fish frequently caught right off the back. Walleye occasionally come up to the dock at dusk, and the lake is known for Panfish, Walleye, Sturgeon, Catfish, Bass, and sometimes Musky & Northern Pike. Two fishing poles and a tackle box are available for your use, and we can also arrange for you to book a fishing excursion with local fishing guides to get out on the lake and explore it like a pro! The dock is in for the season!

We provide all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible, including paper products, coffee, basic oil & seasonings, soap, shampoo, and of course, fresh towels, and bedding. Bring your furry friends along, as our lake house is pet-friendly.

Unfortunately the blue/green algae was in bloom during our stay, so no swimming or kayaking, but that wasnt anything the host can control. Still had a great time. The view, especially sunset was spectacular. Loved relaxing in the hammock chairs and by the fire table. Inside had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.comfortable stay. ta le.

Great comfortable home with beautiful sunset views right next to the state park. Best part was how secluded it is, neighbors are close by but you can’t see or hear them. Glad we brought our RAV4 rather than the 4Runner bc turning around in the driveway down close to the house would be trickier w a big SUV. Please invest in a blow dryer!

Scheduled to stay 5 nights left after 1 night. Wouldnt have stayed even the 1 night but it was late and we were out of options with traveling with kids. Place was so musty smelling, had to open up the whole house immediately to breath. Litterally a drainage ditch running next to the property, basement had lots of water and dehumidifier running. Sliding back door screen was off the hinge hanging. Window sills so full of dead bugs looked like whey had not been cleaning months. Ant traps on the kitchen counter! Back firepit was so full of weeds broken glass and beer caps we wouldnt have been able to use it even if we had stayed.

tWe enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this neat and tidy cabin that was exactly as it was described and pictured. The views of the lake and sunsets were awesome. The couches and beds were very comfortable. Could have used some hand towels in the bathroom and a kitchen towel or two, but generally had everything we needed. If others plan to do any meal prep or cooking, please note that there are plates, glasses, plenty of utensils and a set of pots and pans, but not any mixing bowls or food storage containers. Also due to no fault of the hosts, I would reconsider staying at any property on Lake Winnebago in May due to the hatching of the Lake Flies that prevented us from using the upper porch and fire table or even opening the sliding doors. Other than that, our little cousins getaway met our expectations.

We had a great time - this rental totally met our needs. I do have a couple of suggestions... I'd recommend getting a full size shower curtain even though the shower is a smaller size... it is just not wide enough to close to keep the water in the shower while you are in there. We ended up buying garbage bags because we couldn't find them (in basement) and we didn't have wash cloths or kitchen towels. We got creative there too. Beds were comfy, heat was set warm when we arrived and even though it got crazy cold and windy, the house was always cozy. My husband was too warm. It would be a place we would love to return to in summertime!
