Horrible Stay

Location is good

Staff service is too slow, i order food after 45 min they tell me that their kitchen is not operational, you can order food from Swiggy and Zomato, if i need a glass i have to wait for 30-35 min, such a horrible experience

Very bad service, no food available. Rooms are bigger but there is a foul smell in rooms, even AC in bad condition. It does not meet the name of the brand.

Worse stay

I didn't liked anything. The experience was pathetic

The matress had accumulated hairs of the people everywhere. The fans were loaded with dust The AC water was dripping whole night Mosquitos oh my god...I couldn't sleep the entire night Pillow covers were stinking Floor had stains of spiller tea, coffee and God knows what all. Way too pathetic

No lock in the door, no toiletries in washroom, no water bottles, no towel was available in the room

Nothing is good neither the services, nor the cleanliness. Pest coming all over the room.

There were cockroaches coming out from every nook and corner of the room. The rates were jumping in the room whole night. The management staff was too rude. No intercom. Breakfast was included in my package but not provided. It was a horrible experience.

Super bad property and hotel don't ever go there

Nothing was good super dirty room,dirty linen, no breakfast was provided despite charging the money, no soap in washroom,toilet was choked and not working,non responsive staff.

Space and room size.

Smelly and dirty rooms, illiterate staff, rude behaviour. Even toiletries were not available. Free breakfast was promised, but staff clearly refused to provide. Even refused to offer luggage assistance. Will never stay there again and will never recommend it to anyone ever.
