It was decent, needs work.

The room was great, bed was comfy, breakfast was good!

The bathroom had hair all over the wall, the toilet was disgusting, the water pressure sucked and the sink doesn’t drain. We were up all night both nights because people above us were stomping, yelling, sounded like jumping on the floor. You can hear everything in this hotel, walls are paper thin. Every time a toilet flushed, it was so loud!

Excellent night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Weird branding/design, cheap, non-appealing - Tru should be rebranded!

New and clean hotel.

I hate the branding of Tru. It seems cheap, haphazard and confusing. The super heavy room doors (must exist for a reason), slam shut with a loud band and vibration if not manually closed slowly/softly. I think I was the only guest that manually closed the door - everyone else let them slam shut, day and night , which max it nearly impossible to relax/sleep. This is the 2nd Tru brand hotel I’ve stayed in and will be the last one!

Great place! Highly Recommend

Clean, newly built hotel. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Close to the university where we needed to get to. I liked the colorful decor too!

The hotel is nice but for me...if I can't take a decent shower...probably won't return

The location is good, breakfast is really good.

OH...you wanted to shower? You'd be better off standing under a watering can used on house plants, it probably has WAY more pressure than Tru by Hilton. The water pressure was nonexistent!!! Took forever just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair!

Excellent Place to stay.

The complementary coffee was available 24/7. Stayed here for a week while my dad had open heart surgery. It was so easy to walk from the hospital to the Hotel. We felt very safe and the people that works at the Hotel the whole staff made sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond.

It’s okay - loud location by hospital

Fun decor.

Beds were a bit lumpy. Breakfast ended too early. Pretty sure our room (426) was haunted. SO many weird loud noises in our room in the middle of the night.

Good experience overall.

Clean and nice decor style. Staff was helpful whenever I needed anything.

Room a bit small. Water pressure in shower could be a bit stronger.

Great staff but the room left alot to be desired for the price.

The breakfast was ok. The eggs tasted like they were either powdered or frozen. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was much smaller than I expected., especially for what I paid for it. The refrigerator wasn't very cold.

Fabulous. Will be back!

This re-vamp, or whatever it may be, was very well thought out. It’s eco friendly, clean and efficient. I’ve been telling all my friends about how wonderful our stays have been.

Very clean, felt new, great location

Very minor design flaw in our room. The smoke detector was placed directly above the bed which has a light that blinks every few seconds. In a dark room, the light is very distracting when you’re trying to fall asleep.

Great place to stay and will stay again if the opportunity arises.

I like the quietness of the area. No outside noise or interference with resting. Close proximity to the hospital.

If not for the paper thin walls, everything was fine.

Modern facility and smart tv/wifi worked good. We liked the fact there was snacks and beer available at the front desk. Breakfast was good.

Paper thin walls. Dog in next room was yapping all night and kept waking us up. Also, pillows were not good.

Es ist ok

Ein modernes und praktisches Hotel, zum Übernachten ok. Betten sind super, es ist sauber, Getränke stehen immer zur Verfügung, Badutensilien sind alle vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist normal.

Das Hotel liegt an einer großen Straße, es ist sehr laut nachts. Und die Bauweise lässt leider zu, dass man wirklich alles aus den Nachbarzimmern hört.

Our stay was great , we will stay again for sure .

The room was clean. The staff member that checked us in was great and very helpful .The room needed to be handicap accessible for my wife , and it was great.

Would recommend for family travel, or traveling with a group of friends.

Family friendly activities in the lobby. It was like a hangout spot with foosball tables, giant connect 4, and board/card games on hand. The design and colors were beautiful. The soaps and shampoos smell so good. The mattresses were well covered and allergy friendly (double fitted sheets and an allergen zip cover). Very good breakfast.

The mattress was a bit firmer than I would have liked, but not unbearable.

We had to change rooms after arriving but the staff was great about it!

I love the staff. They were by far one of the best hotel staff teams I have ever encountered! The location was another plus. We will be back!

Best overnight stay ever!

The breakfast was great! The dining room was very cozy and comfortable . I Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided!

While the stay itself was great, the shower experience was rather disappointing.

This hotel embodies a modern and youthful atmosphere with its vibrant style. It offers a satisfying breakfast, maintains cleanliness and tranquility. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service, and the check-in and check-out processes are effortless.

The current in the shower was insufficiently strong, requiring you to triple the bathing duration to become wet. Additionally, there is a lack of nearby wardrobes, resulting in all your clothes being stored openly on shelves.

Staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and quiet. We have stayed here twice and will be our go-to hotel when we visit Lexington!

Good stay for a night.

The floors in our room had not been cleaned. You couldn't see it but our feet where black when we sat down.

It was new and the rooms were very clean with nice amenities and they had showtime ;)

Great limited service hotel with all the amenities you need for a brief stay!

I didn't get her name but I checked in after 6:00 pm and the young woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. There were no water bottles for sale and she went out of her way to get me bottled water!

I was able to order through Uber Eats but I wished there were more options in the area to walk to dinner. My own fault as I should have checked the area out a little more.
