Living Room
As you walk up the first set of stairs you'll enter the Home and find a large Living Room with Smart TV and Balcony access overlooking the Ocean. With plenty of seating for the entire group, you'll also find a long bar with a Coffee Station and sink.
The Gameroom is decked out in a large area on the top floor which includes a Pool table, Air Hockey, and Foosball with a TV.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is the first thing you see when you enter and it will be stocked with all the necessities: silverware, cookware, plates, bowls, cooking tools, Toaster, and great appliances.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the first floor of the interior, you'll have the first bedroom with a Double bed, Twin bed, and private bathroom. You'll also find the living room and half-bathroom on the same floor. Going up a level you'll have two rooms on the Oceanfront side, both with kings beds and private bathrooms. Those two bathrooms have both a Shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the other side of that floor will be a Bedroom with Queen bed and Twin bed, a Bedroom with two Twins, and a Bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. On the Top floor you'll find the largest Bedroom which includes a King bed and two Double beds, and its own Bathroom with Shower and Jacuzzi tub. There will also be a half-bathroom in the Gameroom.
Area
You'll be located along Crescent Beach and about 12 blocks from Main Street, where you'll find some great activities, shops, and restaurants. Mini-golf is nearby as are some great water activities such as Jet Skis and Banana Boats.
Parking
Parking is located in the two pathways under the Home and is enough space for 6-7 vehicles.
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach right across the street!

We stayed for a week here and it was issue after issue. Just to get info on checking in was awful I had to call 3 different times and every person told us different things. We did finally get the info and when we get there ac is out and the upstairs was almost 90 degrees and that made the second floor almost 80 and this happened twice in our stay and the first time it was our for the entire first day and it took into the night for it cool down the second time it was our from 8 at night until 11 the next day because we couldn’t get ahold of anyone til morning. The first time we just let it go but the second we felt it was fair to refund some of the money considering we could not use the 3rd floor for 2 days almost and the second floor was also very warm and we had a full house so most of us had to sleep on the 1st floor and it also went out again right before we left. It was not cleaned properly and we had issues with toilets not working and dryers out as well, I am almost sure no one actually cleaned it the day of as we was first told because they would have realized how hot it was upstairs and we found things left behind from other tenants and as we brought these things we kept being told different things. We did contact the host and he was supposed to refund some of our stay but never did and now is ignoring us, we have been told he’s very busy but he was not busy enough to talk to us to take payment. Things happen we understand that but it was handled so unprofessionally.

It was our first time visiting SC. The unit was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were all a nice size with 5 that had their own bathrooms. We were a large group ranging in age from 7 months to 84 years old. With a bedroom & large living room and dining area on the first floor to accommodate my parents and a game room on the third floor for the younger teens and young adults there was room and space for everyone. Beach access was right across the street. The host was very responsive to any inquires we had.

Great parking arrangement with plenty of spaces. The unit had lots of room and most all bedrooms had complete bathrooms. Everything worked ( coffee makers, washing and drying etc) and instructions were clear.

The house was in a great location, just across from a beach access. There were plenty of beds and all were comfy. The game room was the perfect touch with a pool table, air hockey, and foozball! Loved it!

We brought our high school softball team down for spring break and it was perfect! Plenty of room for the chaperones and 13 teenagers. Game room, plenty of beds, tvs and a short walk across the street to the beach! The host was fantastic with communication and was very patient as we worked through payment through the school. He definitely went above and beyond. We had a great week and can’t thank the host enough! The one suggestion we would make is more towels. Outside of that, everything was amazing. Hopefully we can make it an annual event for our program!

Great access to beach, and the house was just as pictured. Lots of sleeping and bathroom space which is great for a large group. The host was easy to contact throughout the entire stay and was incredibly helpful and kind!

Out trip involved 15 youth and 4 adults from our church. It all began when we got a call Friday afternoon that our rental was not going to be available, but we would get a comparable place. When we arrived, we were sent to a house that was not acceptable. We had our youth group and it was not clean ( bugs). The pool was filthy and the game room had been trashed. It was outside which also created a safety issue for us. It did not compare to the home we had stayed at the previous 3 years. We were told it was too late to move that night so we had to stay there. We were offered another home, but could not arrive until 4:00 pm which was hardly worth the move. Then it was changed to 12:00 and we were happy when we made the move. But we got up about 8:30 this morning to shower for church and that’s when the waterfall started on the 2nd floor. Soon the bottom floor was flooding. We put out towels and trash cans, packed up and left. It was a most memorable experience to say the least.

Property was as advertised and very functional for our annual fish trip. Was pleased to have two fridge's and two dryers. Lot's of good space! Pool cue's were bananas, but we had fun just the same! Would come back again.

This was a great place to stay. It was large enough for my whole family. The swimming pool was clean and an extra plus for us. The beach is right across the street. Easy access to Highway 17 was also a plus. Mostly, any issue we had was addressed immediately and those were all very minor. Declan was the best when it came to any needs we had. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

As a 1st time VRBO customer, we didn’t have any idea as to what to expect. There were 20 people in our group and there was definitely enough beds to go around. The kitchen was all we needed, and the extra refrigerator in the laundry room was utilized extensively. One thing was that the ice machine couldn’t keep up with us, but that is not on the appliance, just our own usage might have been the issue.
The game room had its issues, and the manager was in contact with us the entire time, but maybe it is time to update or upgrade the games. The air hockey table was the main issue as it worked for about 30 minutes after it was repaired, and the pool table didn’t return balls as it should have, but the kids figured out a way to get the balls out. Now I don’t know if it was our kids or the ppl beforehand that put all the extra balls in it, but that is what caused the ball return to be jammed, at least that is what we assumed. The kids still found plenty of things to do, so it didn’t dampen our trip.
The only other thing that happened was the pool was closed for a whole day, (we were told that someone dumped something into the water and it had to be treated until it was clear to use. While it was unfortunate that we couldn’t use it, everyone went and explored the the area and had a good time.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay and location for our trip. Directly across from beach one road back for great views. Across from the most important locations in Mrytle when heading back to the street, Krispy Kreme and Golf courses. Very easy process and no hassle. Will be booking again.

The property is nice and has a quick walk across the street to the beach. We had some minor things like, Dishwasher wasn't working, the place wasn't as clean as we would have liked but not bad. At the end of the day it was just attention to detail stuff that would have made everything a little nicer. Overall good property with a nice location.

guys golf weekend and this place did not disappoint. Our host was fantastic and quick in response. Fantastic amount of space and every guy had his own bed. Location 100 yards to beach. great beds and linens were comfortable. Tons of towels for a big group. Everything was just right! we will for sure be coming back as it had everything we needed.

We had a great stay here w our church young adult group for our weekend retreat. The property is in a convenient location and has an easy walk to the beach. Everything was clean and it didn't feel cramped when everyone was together.
Declan was very helpful and quick to respond. He made the whole process easy for us.
Also, the beds were all comfortable! (This has been an issue at other places we've stayed)
I would have no problem renting this property again the next time we are heading to Myrtle Beach. Excellent experience all around.

Our stay was enjoyable for our family over Christmas. The check-in was confusing (it had been double booked), which made it awkward for our family who arrived first. The owner took care of the issue immediately and found a location for the other family. The property is in a great area but does need some upkeep and attention to hospitality details. Saying this, I would rebook with this owner again. He was very friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries I had.

Great location, clean, and quick responses from property manager! Only thing that we would change is that there was not toilet paper in every bathroom, no paper towels, no hand soap, and only one trash bag. This required us to go out and buy these items.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house has tons of space which was nice for the family to be able to enjoy each other and then spread out when needed. Declan make the booking process easy and had great communication! My parents were sad the foozeball table needs to be replaced but they still had fun playing pool. We will for sure return here in the future!

Not really, but my friends and I sleep like babies and we had a blast at this property!
The central location in North Myrtle Beach was ideal for Guys Golf Weekend, and the accommodations were nice enough to bring the family!
HUGE rooms with incredible balcony views (sunrise is to die for!), and the house is 1 block from the beach access. In comparison to the places we have stayed in more populated Myrtle Beach proper, this house was far enough removed so to enjoy the company of your house mates, but less than two miles to some incredible nightlife if desired.
If there were one negative, it would be the stairs. The fourth floor is a hike but I was coming off of knee surgery and still loved the lively atmosphere of the 4th floor where the pool table, Fooseball and air hockey tables are located. It also host a Roku projector for movie watching, and an unobstructed view of the mighty Atlantic!
The unit is part of a a duplex, but we had the best neighbors EVER! They are close but not so close that we interacted when we wanted and didn’t notice them when we didn’t.
Unit is priced right, and even the drive to Caledonia, while it’s an hour, is still a breeze based this units location.
Good Neighborhood , roomy, and great communication, who couldn’t ask for more. We will be back!!

Beautiful house! Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and how close we were to the beach and restaurants. The manager was very helpful with our concerns. Will definitely book for our next vacation.

Great location, great communication, some extras needed
We had a lot of fun staying at the beach house! It has so many rooms and bathrooms, everyone was able to spread out. You can sometimes hear the neighbors through the wall - there was a group of rowdy teenagers next door during our stay but not terrible.
Beach access right across the street was AWESOME. You can rent chairs and umbrellas at the lifeguard stand. The pool is shared with another couple of units but hardly anyone was there during our time.
Recs for dining within 10 mins of house: Molly Darcy, Local on the Water, Crab Catchers, and Captain Archies. Most are first come first serve, no reservations in Myrtle. Local will take reservations for big groups.
The game room for the house is really fun and even when we were missing a cue ball for the pool table, Declan dropped one off the next morning! There are no beach towels so we had to bring/buy some, but there are boogie boards. Limited laundry detergent. No shampoo/conditioner/soap provided for the bathrooms. Has a Roku TV and we were able to screenshare our business presentations.
Check-in process was fine once we found the door. Property instructions do need to be updated to include the unit number and directions on how to find the door/house, but Declan picked up right when we called and directed us. Instructions on how to use the lock as well.
Overall, a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our time here.
