PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS from this 1110 sq ft 2 bed / 2 bath BEACHFRONT condo located on Tybee Island's north end. This is an entire condo rental. Community POOL and TENNIS! Note: the pool is open year-round at HOA discretion, though it is not heated. 1st floor condo overlooks the pool; ocean view where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Mere blocks from Huc-a-poo's and walkable to the Lighthouse. Caribbean vibe decor. Private balcony and seating. King size primary with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Queen size guest bedroom with Purple mattress. Sleeper sofa. W/D in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys included. Note: We ask that guests rinse off the chairs and toys after use. They are not part of the cleaner's responsibility on every turn.

The condo itself has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer accessible to you, kitchen, living room, and private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Large (75 inch!) TV in living room. We have a Keurig and regular coffee maker available for your use. Wifi is also provided. Roku TV in the living room and master bedroom. Premium mattresses; Tempur-Pedic king size in primary bedroom and Purple queen size in guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. 2 spaces for parking in the parking lot.

We also supply sugar and dairy creamer. Please note that the creamer may be either powdered or in single serve liquid form. Should you have a specific preference, you may wish to bring your own coffee and creamer.

You can easily walk to local shops and eateries like Huc-a-poos. To get to the south end of the island, guests may enjoy biking (bike rentals are on the island). We recommend driving to other destinations locally like downtown Savannah.
This community requires a key card for access. Host will provide details as to where to pick up the key card for the stay. Loss of key card will incur a $200 fee.
All guests use the pool at their own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. The owner, property manager, and HOA will not be held liable for guest use of pool or other community amenities.

From the first communication with Amber to the time we drove off-property, we were more than pleased with every aspect of our stay. My best friend and I were taking a trip for our 34th friendaversary and we could not have picked a more perfect location. The condo itself is immaculate and well-decorated, with no details spared (I mean, who remembers to leave nail polish and make-up remover in the bathroom?). The guide provided to us ahead of time had all the information we needed to make our stay easy. The walk to the beach was short and simple and the beach itself was perfect - with barely anyone there. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the condo came in super handy, as well as the beach towels. The condo was a true home away from home that I would highly recommend. It was our first experience in Tybee and the property and Amber's outstanding communication and attention to detail made us want to go back. Highly recommend this outstanding property!

We stayed here for a girls getaway. The location and amenities were amazing. We were able to walk to a couple bars and restaurants. The private access to the beach was amazing. Also the beach accessories like a small cooler and beach chairs really made the trip. If I ever make it back down to Tybee, I will definitely stay here again.

Every step of our stay was fantastic from the beginning. Starting with all the information provided prior to our stay in an email shortly after booking that could be stored as an app on your phone. Everything from detailed check in/check out instructions (with pictures), where to grocery shop prior to arrival to save money and much more. The beds were comfortable and clean with plenty of extra pillows/blankets provided. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked/organized. The view from the balcony was nice, you could see a few areas of the ocean and even see the dolphins occasionally. The walk to the beach was short and it was not crowded at all. We will definitely be coming back and rebooking the condo if it’s available.

Our condo was the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in at any beach. The host and owner both were great to deal with. The location is at the north end where the river joins the ocean and we saw dolphins playing all over. The paid boat tours come right where this condo is. No need to pay for a boat ride. They are free here to see. Water is calm here and waves are minimal first timers will love this part of the beach. Our only complaint were our neighbors above us who drug chairs and luggage all over the floor above us with no regard to us below them. I wish this condo was on third floor because PEOPLE are so self absorbed. ( not the owners fault in any way!!!)

We had an excellent experience from the very first touchpoint with the owners. They send a detailed digital booklet with local recommendations and property information that's so helpful!
The standout of the stay was that on the day of check in, my 3-year-old had a stomach bug and we didn't have anywhere to take him until 4 p.m. when we could get in the condo. I called the owner, and the housekeeper Coanna was willing to let us into the condo while she finished cleaning so he could rest. We were so incredibly grateful for this kindness and hospitality!
The condo itself was updated and clean, and had everything we could possibly need stocked in the kitchen (even had travel size shampoo/conditioner/soap in both bathrooms. The pool and beach were very family-friendly, clean and inviting.
We will be returning for our annual trip to Tybee!

Our stay was amazing. Everything had the beach cottage vibe I wanted. It was beautiful and cozy. So close to the beach and a very easy walk to the light house via the beach. The owner thought of everything and left little personal touches through the home in case you forgot something. I will def be coming back to this very cottage. It was amazing to have the opportunity to check in early and walk into a beautiful apartment fully stocked with towels :-) I deeply respected the abundance of towels and shower supplies. We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! It was clean, neatly organized, well decorated and felt like home! The location to the beach was steps away, it was amazing! Every morning I walked the beach at sunrise, we watched how the tide changes through the day, and always had so many great dolphin opportunities! They were always out! We walked to Huc-A-Poos for a delicious pizza dinner once, another day walked there for a nacho lunch! Same walkable distance was Tybean Coffee, that was a must stop in the morning for me. The pool was clean, cold for the fall, the ocean was warmer. The complex was quiet as was the beach area. My only suggestion would be if they could store a couple beach chairs and sand toys in the closet where there was pickle ball and other games. That would be super helpful for families traveling not to have to pack those items.
My kids hands down want to go back and stay at this same location! We all loved every second of our trip!

The villa was very clean and had all the necessities. The host promptly replied to all questions.
We were very grateful that she had included a full first-aid kit when our youngest child cut her foot at the beach. Putting night lights around the villa was much appreciated, as all others we have stayed at didn't have any. The rules of the overall property (not the individual unit) seemed a bit excessive, but I'm sure they have good reason for them and are livable. I would recommend this villa to other families for their vacations.

This lovely condo has it all! A wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the pool; which we couldn't use due to weather but we'd love to come back! The beach access is perfect and the ocean view amazed our kids when we saw large ships headed to to the Savannah port. The space is cozy and decor is pleasant and colorful, adding to the vacay vibes! We were impressed with the kitchen accessories for cooking meals and the soft beds and bedding made for sleep-in mornings. Highly recommend this 'tucked-in' condo away from the main road through Tybee.

This was the first time our group had stayed on Tybee Island and we were very impressed by the location and how easy and quick it was to get to the beach. The views were amazing and loved seeing all the cargo ships and shrimp boats everyday. The whole place was very clean and accommodating and had no issues at all. We are already planning on come back next year.

We stayed at this property in early October and had a great experience! The check-in/check-out process was very easy, and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. My husband and kids loved the giant tv for watching sports after the sun had set. The beach is very close and easily accessible. The condo is located on North Beach which is a quiet beach with a lot of dolphin sitings and minimal crowds when we went. If you want large waves and more action, South Beach is just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we ever head back to the Tybee area.
