Zeer geschikt verblijf voor een aantal dagen / nachten Surabaya.

Zeer fijne locatie in Surabaya, het ontbijt was next level top, plezierige houding van medewerkers.

Voor Indonesische begrippen waren de kamers schoon en goed onderhouden, voor westerse begrippen ligt er nog ruimte voor verbetering.

Het eten was super, uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie kamers en een skybar op de 17 verdieping met het restaurant. Zwembad, welness, fitness en massage ook verdeeld over 16de en 17de verdieping

Mooi en perfect hotel om te verblijven.

Slaapkamer, badkamer alles perfect. De medewerkers zijn behulpzaam. Ontbijt is super luxe en compleet, perfect. De uitzicht van restaurant is geweldig, wij kunnen alle stad van Surabaya zien. Ik zelf krijgt verassing tart als een cadeau voor mijn verjaardag, het was super lief van het hotel. Bedankt.

Alles perfect alleen maar de douche kop moet meer gepoets worden want zit nog een beetje gele plek.

Hôtel bien équipé et chambre spacieuse mais beaucoup trop bruyant jusqu’à tard le soir

Chambre Petit déjeuner varié Emplacement (rue avec plein de warung derrière l’hôtel)

Établissement extrêmement bruyant, il y a une scène avec des concerts/karaoke le soir sur la terrasse de l’établissement (à un volume très très élevé), aucune isolation dans les chambres Si vous chercher un endroit où passer une nuit calme, passez votre chemin

Hotel in the heart of surabaya with good city view

Good location - exactly on tunjungan street good breakfast - lot of variations of meal for breakfast Breakfast with city view is really nice nice staff - everyone are kind and helpful City view from jacuzzi is really nice at night

- the wooden floor is uneven in whole room. I think it’s caused by water damage - door wasn’t locked properly when i closed the door from outside. I really need to slam the door to make sure it is locked - sauna is hot on upper part and cold on my feet - jacuzzi not warm enough

It was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast is amazing and has a vast of variety. Not mention that, the staff are so helpful and respectful.

The lobby air conditioner is a bit warm. It is hoped that the temperature can be a bit cooler.

Amazing place and stay. Great staff.

Staff, facilities, hot tub, sauna, steam room, views, bed, cleaning, quiet, so many happy faces all around, they make you feel like royalty. The very best croissants and pastries I have ever had in Asia. The pastry chefs are amazing!

Cold food cooked food for breakfast. Coffee for breakfast was some of the worst I have ever had in my life! Indonesia is known for it's great coffee. There is no excuse to serve mud water. Come on. Even the coffee was luke warm. Keep the food in the serving trays hot! There were no efforts made to keep food warm. Cold Sausages, chicken, cold everything. I stuck to what I could eat that would not upset my stomach.

Great views, helpful staff and comfortable stay

The room, location and building was very nice. Loved the rooftop bar, pool and views from rooftop and room.

The only downside was breakfast. The cooked food was either slightly warm, or cold. We ended up eating elsewhere once we checked out.

Hotel tengah kota yg homey

Lokasinya strategis dijalan Tunjungan yg banyak spot foto & makanan. Saya check in jam 1 mlm,krn dpt surprise ultah dari suami. Krn tau di lantai 16 ada bar jadi kita sempetin ber2 minum disana,sepi jd serasa bar pribadi,tapi pelayannya sangat ramah,dj jg mainkan musiknya keren lagu2nya,saya & suami sangat menikmati,sayangnya kita telat dtg jd cuma bisa duduk bentar aja.Next time akan balik lagi pastinya. Kamar kami di junior suite,bagus & besar,ada sofa,bath tub,ada charger hp disamping ranjang,yg cuma perlu masukkan kabelnya aja. Breakfast jm 8 rame tapi staf membantu carikan tempat dgn sigap,makanan komplit,enak,buahnya enak,manis,kue2nya jg enak,ada es krim dll,nasi kuning,soto ayam,bubur ayam,pure juice,jamu,wedang dll. Resto trbagi 2 kiri kanan dgn makanan berbeda,bisa dibayangkan gmn komplitnya. Klo dihotel lain sblm jm 12 sdh ditelpon utk info check out,serasa diusir.. tapi kemarin sampe jm 12.30 blum ditelpon,apa krn kami check in jm 1 mlm atau krn lg ultah,makae dpt kompensasi,entahlah,yg pasti ini hotel yg nyaman. Saran sebaiknya kartu kamar diberikan 2. Check out juga cepat & gak ribet. Semua staf ramah,humble & sangat membantu.

Paling cuma suara musik yg kedengeran dari lt 16,waktu itu saya di lantai 10. View kurang bagus dr kamar saya. Tapi bukan masalah sih,tetap akn balik nginap lagi

Perhaps we are not coming back

Bfast is something to look for everyday, varieties were good . Represent East Java food , enjoyable!

Bathroom door that doesn’t properly closed . No rubber mat on the shower . That’s law suit awaiting to happen . We need to request towels to help w/ showering . It’s unsafe

Good location at a reasonable rate

After 3 days in Ijen&Bromo, this is the bed that I longing for. Superb comfy bed . Good breadfast spread from Western, Japanese and Indonesia though I can tried all. Have a wonderful time at Infinity SkyBar

Genuis Level 2 doesn’t have free upgrades or breakfast. We need to pay for it

Pleasant experience

Strategically located at Tunjungan Street, many vintage themed cafe and restaurants. Walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza. The hotel itself was very nice as it was new. Spacious room, various breakfast choice and the view from restaurant was really nice as well. The staffs were also extraordinarily friendly. Overall everything was pleasing.

Nice and helpfull staff, clean, located in the center of the city. Restaurants, streetfood stalls, malls are located in walking distance.

Outstanding Hotel in the center of Surabaya; very friendly and helpfull personal

a bit more expensive, but the Service is outstanding. Even when you have to organize a tour (for example to the Mt. Bromo), a nice and huge breakfast buffet. I would come back when I'm in Surabaya. The rroms are huge with a nice view ove Surabaya.

Balcony's are very small.

Overall we had a great stay

The hotel location is strategic like in the center of Surabaya, close to everywhere. Hotel cleanliness was maintained well and hotel facilities also complete, pool and gym at 16th floor were very nice with a beautiful city view. They provide buffet breakfast with a plenty choices in restaurant.

Front office staff need to be more friendly and they should be explain well upon check in to the guest about hotel facilities and also guest benefit. They don’t explain me about breakfast (time, location) and hotel facilities, until I’m asking by my self. As a ex Resort Manager, I know how the FO business is. The other side, bell boy team more friendly and they always greet us and asking some friendly questions.

Just don't bother to try the spa service.

Great breakfast. a lot of varieties. love the traditional cakes. the staff at resto were lovely, helpful, and attentive. the staff at front desk name Margareth was not accommodating and not really helpful. when I just arrived and asked her to book a spa appointment, she just dismissed me and asked me to book it myself, even though in the pamphlet it mentions that i could book through front office. Luckily there was Mr. Bagus who helped me book it.

the spa staff were terrible. not professional at all. i was having a massage with my mom and the masseuses just chatting and not massaging, more just rubbing and patting. I asked her to massage me properly, but it lasted only 2 minutes and back to rubbing. worst massage ever and overpriced for only rubbing. i booked for 90 minutes session, but they just gave me 60 minutes because we were the only 2 people who asked for 90 minutes, normally only 60. what kind of answers is that?
