Todo muy limpio y en buen estado, excelente servicio por parte del personal especialmente Carlin y Guillermo, la comida estuvo deliciosa siempre. Espero regresar pronto!

Great value in Confresi!

Very close to Ocean World park, as well as a local beach across the street and a few local restaurants nearby. The restaurant on-site was very good, though not many people seem to know about it - great view, great food, had a late dinner on my first night, then came back the second night, just as good!

Not much to complain about here, I didn't get a printed receipt at check out, and Booking doesn't provide a receipt, so I had to contact the property, they promised to send it but didn't. Not a big deal, but if you do want a receipt, don't leave the office without it!

Personal muy dispuesto y súper servicial

Deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones, tuve que cambiar de habitación por problemas con hormigas en la cama y la habitación que me brindaron tenía algunas áreas no muy limpias las cuales tuve que limpiar personalmente.

Lugar muy agradable

Me gustó mucho el lugar , la vista y los comodas que eran las camas , me centí como en mi casa

El lugar tiene visita habierta para todo publico y habian unas personas en la pisina y se escuchaban groserias de su parte , eso no me gustó

sehr gutes im Preis enthaltenes Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant, sehr geräumige Appartments/Zimmer mit großem Kühlschrank, nur wenige Zimmer - kein Massenbetrieb, sauberer Pool, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände,

Das Qualitätsmanagement des Hotels hat noch Raum für Verbesserungen. So gibt es verschiedene Details, die dem Anspruch (und dem ZimmerPreis) eines Boutique-Hotels noch nicht adäquat sind (Warmwasserversorgung, nicht funktionierender Zimmersafe, nicht schließende Nachtschrankschubladen, etc ...)

Tranquidad y excelente ubicación

Me encantó. Lo visité con mi familia y la pasamos muy bien. Personal muy atento. Excelente ubicación. Y el apartamento es igual que las fotos. Muy bien equipado.

No volveríamos.

Los apartamentos para 2 personas son amplios.

Básicamente no hay internet en las habitaciones, al menos en la que nosotros estábamos la señal básicamente era nula. La limpieza de los apartamentos no es la óptima, las ventanas llevan varios meses de no limpiarse al parecer, el general el mantenimiento del edificio es nulo se podría pensar.

Una buena opción en una zona tranquila y segura.

La ubicación es en una zona muy tranquila, con una playa muy linda justo al frente. También tienes un mini market a unos cuantos minutos a pie, lo cual es perfecto ya que en la habitación tienes todo los utensilios para cocinar algunas comidas.

La señal del wifi no era muy buena en nuestra habitación.

Mala elección

Alojamiento amplio. Cama cómoda. Terracita con vistas a la piscina y laterales al mar (no está en primera línea de playa, tiene la carretera delante). Admiten pagos con tarjeta. El aire acondicionado y el wifi funcionaron bien. Staff: cordialidad, sobresaliente; eficiencia, muy mejorable, con la honrosa excepción de D. Luis, el chef, cuya excelente labor culinaria en mis almuerzos merece un 10 sobre 10.

Como nadie me comentó nada al respecto, y nadie pasó nunca a limpiar, asumí que eso corría de mi cuenta, aunque, a tal efecto, el apartamento no tenía los elementos necesarios: había fregona, pero no cubo; había un viejo estropajo pero ni una sola balleta o paño; no había escobilla wc, etc. No había lavadora y, en mis nueve días de estancia, jamás me preguntaron si necesitaba cambiar las toallas o sábanas (no había juegos de repuesto). En caso de estancia de varios días, parece que uno debiera llevarse todo el ajuar de su propia casa. La ubicación: alejado de casi todo y sin transporte público, lo que supone un gasto elevado en taxis, salvo que lleves tu coche; la playa de al lado no me resultó apetecible para el baño o para caminar y no hay zonas para pasear. Algunos empleados, van a su ritmo (lento) y no siempre prestan el mejor servicio: por ejemplo, durante varios días, pagué la factura del restaurante sin que se me aplicara una deducción a la que tenía derecho (la mesera fue amonestada por ello y, a partir de entonces, se me aplicó el descuento). Muy decepcionada con el desayuno: ni siquiera incluían en todos los menús de la carta algo tan básico como la fruta; el zumo que me ofrecieron sabía mal y no era natural; el yogurt que incluía una de las opciones no era más que una cucharada de líquido rosa, de tal aspecto, que ni probé. La televisión difícil de ver relajadamente, ya que está situada en la cocina/sala y orientada a unos silloncitos modulares muy vistosos pero terriblemente incómodos. Tampoco había secador de pelo.

The property charge a lot of money and you don't have a air conditioner in the front room. That is shameful. I'm not ever coming back because it is too hot in the front room and kitchen. It needs air conditioner

Everyone was very friendly and nice. Hotel was clean, felt very safe, and in nice location. Centrally located and close to all attractions.

Google maps made finding hotel difficult. Sent us way off location. Not hotels fault but a little stressful. Asked some locals for help and they were happy to help.

Front of the beach

The enter to the complex is uneven.. have to be careful with your car, it can brake / crack the lower front part of your car. the staff won’t be responsable for anything, neither the supervisor, no claim sheets to report any damage.

Basically you are getting a full apartment with a view of both pool and the beach. The staff always greet when they see you. A La Carte breakfast, omelette with potatoes was awesome. Feels newly refurbished. We were on our honeymoon and they were kind to but a bottle of sparkling wine and strawberries dipped in chocolate.

Even though it was a full apartment it did lack some equipments such as cleaning products for dish washing and wifi was not the best. Every night the electricity kept goingon and off which was kinda annoying as somedays it would go on and off quite often

The staff were so friendly, breakfast was ok.

No iron was in the room. No dish washing / liquid soap .
