Modern kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher, full-size fridge with filtered water and ice maker, full-size stove with 2 ovens, microwave, filtered water system, pots, pans, baking dishes, serving ware, cutlery, utensils, air fryer with French fry cutter, blender, crock pot, espresso machine with milk frother, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, some condiments and spices, tea and coffee, napkins, dish soap and hand soap.

Bedding (sheets and blankets), bathing towels, beach towels, hand towels, tea towels, paper towels and toilet paper are included.

Things to bring:
water shoes, sunscreen, firewood.

Please note: there is a $1,000 security deposit. A partial or the full amount could be charged if there is any damage to the cottage or the surrounding property.

Truly an incredible stay. The property exceeded our expectations--and trust us, they were high to begin with. Beautifully appointed and extremely well stocked. Something for everyone, and we range in ages from 3 years to 73. Dinners on the deck. Spectacular sunsets. Fishing off the dock for the kids (catch and release). Stories and presentations around the campfire. Long, lazy kayak trips. All in all, memories for life. Special thanks to Tiere for her prompt, professional responses whenever we had questions. We have stayed in many short-term rentals over the years. They sometimes fail to live up to their online presentations. This one superseded them--even more impressive than the photos. If we could give it a higher rating we would.

Tiere's cottage is one of the most well-equipped and comfortable cottages I've been too. We were a group of 11 guys and slept comfortably while sharing beds. The entire weekend was unfortunately rainy so more time was spent indoors than we wished for but we still had a great time thanks to the entertainment and amenities available indoors. Although rainy we still did some swimming and used the kayaks, canoes and paddle boards, and lilly pad which were fun. Tiere is very responsive during your stay and is happy to help with any concerns or questions. Instructions and expectations were very clear. We also had a great view of the lake. The location is central so you have easy access to all arms of the lake. Overall Tiere's cottage experience is thoughtful, welcoming and comfortable!

Our summer getaway to this Muskoka cottage was absolutely sensational! From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, it was an experience filled with relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories. First and foremost, the location is simply breathtaking. Nestled on the shores of a pristine lake, this cottage offered us the quintessential Muskoka experience. The panoramic views of the lake, especially during sunrise and sunset, were like something out of a postcard. The cottage itself was a charming blend of rustic and modern comforts. The spacious living area with its vaulted ceilings and massive windows allowed us to enjoy the outside while staying in. An AC unit would be great but the basement is nice and cool if you need to cool down. I would strongly recommend this cottage to anyone! Thank you to the host!

The cottage was a dream escape for our group! It was new, fresh, clean, modern, and fun. Right on the lake, stunning views, incredible sunsets. Kitchen was spacious. Laundry room is very convenient. The host was so nice and very responsive. Plenty of spots for lounging. Boat launch right on the property (motorized boats allowed on 3 Mile Lake). Fishing was a hit with our group. So many fun games provided in the walk-out basement. The only downside was no air conditioning, but oh well. Everything else made up for it!

This was the perfect place to stay in "Muskoka" country! We stayed for the Canada Day long weekend and couldn't have been happier! The lake views were amazing and sunsets were spectacular! As a person that mosquitos love, I loved the openness of the property as it minimizes the mosquito activity. I didn't get one bite in 5 days! We had one rainy day and there was so much to do inside the cottage...our favorite was the wall scrabble! The owner was very communicative and sought to accommodate us in every way. We rented a sea-doo and our three teenagers enjoyed that, the lily pad, fishing off the dock, and just chilling. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation that our family won't forget!

The lakeside lodge exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the surrounding nature. The lodge itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. There was plenty for us to do both inside and out, never a dull moment. I highly recommend the Three Mile Lake Lodge to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat immersed in nature. The property truly exceeded expectations - everything from kitchen supplies, to bedding to decor made it feel much more like visiting a friend's country home rather than a rental. The views are fantastic,; could not have been a more relaxing and pleasant weekend. Looking forward to returning.

What a fantastic experience we had staying with 6 teens at 3 Mile Lodge. The property is well equipped with all kinds of fun inside and out (multiple kayaks, canoe and the LILY PAD!!!) We had such a great time and only had to worry about our clothes and food…everything else was provided. Our gang is already asking for us to book again next summer…but longer! Need I say more. Beautiful spot, beautiful location.
