Just bring your flipflops with the convenience of provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, a sturdy beach wagon, boogie board and even a surfboard! Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, put your drinks in the outdoor cooler, and relax on the patio with a BBQ after a long day in the sun.

Watch rocket launches or stargaze from the third floor rooftop balcony, and while you're at it you can break out the karaoke machine or board games for fun with family or friends!

First floor: Living room with two long very cozy couches one of which has a full size pull out bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a convenient half bath

Second floor: Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath, second bedroom with queen bed and full bath

Third floor: A comfortable den/loft/bedroom with a large cozy sectional great for lounging or sleeping (plus 1 twin airbeds & 1 twin futon mattress style bed available) and another full bath

Wifi + TV's: 4 Smart TV's, located in in living room, den/loft/bedroom, master bedroom, and second bedroom

Outdoor spaces: You'll have the bright first floor courtyard with lots of seating, a gas grill, beach supplies storage, standup cooler and more. You will also have a cozy second floor balcony off the master bedroom, and the third floor rooftop overlook perfect for sun tanning, rocket launch viewing, or morning coffee.

Baby and kid stuff: Just ask if you'd like to use the pack-n-play, mini toddler sized picnic table, stroller or tricycle and we will put them in the house for you! There is a small dining booster chair in the house, as well as a few toddler style toys and kids books.

Supplies: Starter supplies are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc)

You will have easy self check-in/check-out with electronic keypad.

This beach house was perfect for our group. We had 3 adults and a 4 year old. The house is beautiful and put together very well. There are also tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach included which was great. The beach outside of the house is beautiful and quiet, we loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as promised and there was plenty of room for all. We walked to the beach every day and even got to watch a satellite launch while there from the 3rd floor balcony. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which were very useful. There are plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and of course surf shops, a short drive away. Highly recommend staying there.

My family and I visited the area from Georgia to celebrate mine and my husband’s 10th wedding anniversary. We brought two teenagers along, and it was the perfect space for my family of 4. The property is well-maintained and was clean. It’s also well-stocked with essentials in comparison to other properties. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, trash bags, cookware, utensils, and some pantry items. There were also plenty of towels. Everything looked exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was extremely prompt. I couldn’t have blindly chosen a better location. We have a very picky eater with a shellfish allergy, and many of his go-to’s were easily accessible. A local seafood restaurant also cooked his food separately, which I rarely find restaurants offer to do. We spent a day at the beach, checked out the pier, and visited the pool at the Riverfront just a few minutes from the property. My husband and I tried to visit Cocoa Village on the night of our anniversary but found most of the shops to be closed. 2 minutes before showtime on the night of our anniversary, we were leaving that area and stumbled upon Blind Lion for 3 hours of jazz. We had the absolute best time! The only thing I could warn about was not being able to locate an iron. I wasn’t in need enough to reach out to the host, so I can’t say for sure that there wasn’t one there, but the dryer worked fine for wrinkles. I plan to return with my family and highly recommend this stay! :)

This property was exactly as listed. The host was very friendly and prompt with responses to our questions. It is a fantastic location with quick access to the beach w/ toys and chairs at the house. We were fortunate enough to be there during a rocket launch. The neighbors told us the direction to watch and we were able to see it from the driveway! Very clean and well maintained property.

The house was great and you can't beat the location! The beds were comfortable (we didn't try the pull out couch), the decor is very tasteful, and it was great having so many bathrooms and a washer and dryer. When we noticed a few small maintenance issues the property manager responded quickly. We would love to stay again!

This house was perfect for the 5 of us (kids aged 17, 14, 9). Our oldest loved having the top floor and her own bathroom! The first floor layout is perfect for cooking, playing games or eating at the big kitchen table and chilling by the tv. Best of all is the location though. It’s such an easy walk to the beach (the beach wagon provided is fantastic for hauling gear!) and the beach was clean and uncrowded. The owner was super responsive too. We recommend this place for any family looking for a beach getaway!

This property was perfect for myself and four girlfriends. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Being able to take a short walk to the beach was a highlight to the girls that came from a cold climate! We even got to watch a shuttle launch from the rooftop deck.

I loved the house it was very clean, spacious, well equipped and exactly as pictured. The three levels were exactly what the six of us needed (not to mention three full baths with two teenage girls.) We enjoyed having a grill out back as well as the beach chairs and beach buggy. Also close to gas stations, grocery store and drug store. Would love to come back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for spending time on the beach (<5 min walk). The neighborhood was quiet and clean. It was a very short drive to restaurants and shopping venues. Amanda was great and very easy to communicate with. The house was well equipped, beautifully decorated and the included beach toys, surf board, loungers, and wagon were awesome! We are a family of 6 with two teenagers and 2 younger children and we had plenty of room to spread out. I’d definitely recommend this home for a beach getaway.

Amazing Stay

This place was great to stay in, when we saw the pictures online the place looked amazing but we got there it was even better. It’s very Comfortable and very peaceful in the house and outside in the neighborhood it was very quiet, no late night noise like people driving around with loud music or neighbors playing loud music etc. Also, the beach that’s like a minute and a half of walking time is wonderful, a lot of space to set up and not crowded at all, plus the water temperature is perfect we are looking forward to coming back.
