About this apartment rental

This is the kind of holiday home that dreams are made of. This magnificent villa was a hotel in days gone by, hosting the likes of Virginia Woolf and Winston Churchill. Now it’s a spectacular holiday home that sits on a cliff, looking over the French Riviera. Tucked away within the Calanques National Park, this home feels like an oasis. The sweeping views out to sea and the verdant surroundings make it feel as though it’s a million miles from the rest of the world. In reality, it’s just a twenty-one-minute walk from the village of Cassis – you can wake up in paradise and be eating croissants at a cafe by the port in under thirty minutes. It really does feel paradisiacal. A huge terrace looks out over the water and to the small beach below – walking seven minutes down a private path will see you arrive at Plage de l’Arène. The heated swimming pool shares the same gorgeous Riviera view, which makes sunset swims all the more enchanting. Wherever you choose to watch the sunsets, you’re in for a marvellous show. We’d pop open a bottle of bubbly and take a seat on the terrace. As the sun sinks lower, the sky transforms into pastel-hued art. You’ll never want to leave. Home truths: *Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay *The beds in rooms two to seven and nine to twelve can be separated into twin beds on request *There is a professional kitchen for a chef to use. *An additional two guests can stay on two extra beds that can be placed in the office or on the ground floor *Using the property for professional events or filming is not allowed without the prior consent of your host *Meet & Greet on arrival, Continental Breakfast and Daily Housekeeping are all complimentary and included with your stay *One of the bedrooms on the property may be occupied by staff during your stay – this is not one of the twelve bedrooms listed
