About this apartment rental

This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.

We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.

I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

Lovely little apartment. Perfect place for this travel nurse. Very clean and comfortable. The host is wonderful and extremely responsive. Check in and out were very easy. Super close to the highway. I have already booked this for next week.

We were here because of a graduation and the place was very good place to stay. We had no problems other than dogs barking but overall, it was a good place and hopefully we will be back.👍

Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.

It was a nice four room upstairs apartment. It was nice and relaxing. I didn't end up using the TV or the video games included in the stay but it was a nice addition. The toilet tank stopped filling up for some reason and I had to refill it with water from the sink. Other then that a great place to stay for one or two days.

For an overnight it was just okay. Property sleeps two unless it a couple with a kid. Mattress very uncomfortable old recliner hard to sit in. There is a full flight of stairs inside temperature unstable pretty warm but there were fans

Property was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable furniture, everything we needed was there! They even left a few food items (frozen pizza, coffee, string cheese, etc.) and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and handmade soap.) Owner was friendly and responded quickly to questions. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We stayed at the venue for just one night while going to a concert there in town. We took a Lyft to the concert which was only about a mile away. I would use this property again.

Just had a two day stay in the area. The place worked out great for us. Very clean and well supplied. The owner even had a frozen pizza and some ham slices for us (which we didn't end up utilizing). Hard to beat this place for the price! Will definitely book this one again if we are in the area in the future.

Was perfect, private, cozy, had everything I needed as if it were home. Not sure how hotels are gunna keep operating when there’s these open homes available for Half the cost. Was super conveniently located and comfortable for me to tend to my baby with no inconvenience. Appreciate it.

This was a really good experience. The place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We were there during some major sub zero weather and snow. Joshua had the drive cleared as well as the walkway. In spite of the freezing temperatures it was completely comfortable inside. Joshua is quick to respond to questions or requests and extremely pleasant. If we’re ever in the quad cities again, this will be our go to destination. He has so many extra amenities that make the stay extremely pleasant. I’d give him 100 stars if I could.

The property was very cozy and when we arrived we found that pizza and waffles were provided for dinner and breakfast. There was coffee, butter, a toaster and microwave, shower products, and extra blankets. We had a wonderful time!

We chose this spot due to its convenience and proximity to family in the area. This was the perfect spot to hang out, sleep, have a cozy breakfast and relax in between family visits. I loved the personality and the personal touches, like the local soap! This was the first time using VRBO and Josh made it perfect, thank you!
