We were in the area for my son’s wedding. It was perfect for what we needed ! Clean, plenty of room, quiet , and great location.

Magnolia Place was beautiful & clean and decorated such that we felt right at home instantly. Wonderful fenced-in backyard for our pup too! One thing that we loved most of all is that the neighborhood is so lovely, quiet & very safe which was very important to us. We will definitely book Magnolia Place next time we are in Lafayette area…thank you to Jay & Tessa for such an awesome rental!

House is super clean and comfortable. Host was quick to reply to emails and was very understanding and cooperative about a last minute family issue that came up.

Great clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was plenty of room for 8 people and had everything we needed. Nice fenced backyard. Host responded fast and had great recommendations for local restaurants. Will stay here again the future.

Everything was perfect

Wonderful home! Plenty of room for our group of 5 bike riders. Easy to feed the group in the Great kitchen. The 2 plus car garage work out really well to store the bikes over night. Overall, the Magnolia house is a great place to stay.

Magnolia Place was absolutely perfect! The house and yard was beautiful and extremely clean. We loved how open, well decorated , and comfortable every room in the house is. The amenities and welcome book were amazing. I can’t say enough about the property and the host! We will definitely revisit, if available, when we return to Lafayette.

Rented the home for a girls weekend. The house was absolutely amazing! Clean, and all the necessities. Very spacious. Good beds, linens, and plenty of hot water for all six of us! A very nice, quiet neighborhood. We felt very comfortable, and welcomed. Location was convenient and it was a very easy drive to get to all our outings. The yard was beautiful. A garden on the side of the house was full of nature. Nice to walk, or view from the comfy chairs indoor while having morning coffee. The yard was well kept, and back patio was pleasant to relax outside. Check in and check out was very easy. I would highly recommend for your stay in Lafayette.

Perfect! The house is beautiful and wonderfully located in a nice neighborhood. The bed and couches were very comfortable and that means a lot to us. Had everything we needed, except wine glasses and a cork screw. We had a wonderful time and loved the fact that we could bring our fur-baby with us. We had one little issue with the central air but the communication was quick and easy and it was resolved insanely fast. It's understandable that problems sometimes arise, you can be comforted that if you have an issue, it will be resolved immediately. We can't wait to plan another trip back!
