The main floor opens up to Living area (with pull out sofa, fireplace and a smart TV), a fully equipped kitchen (including basic appliances, Ninja Blender, Keurig Coffee maker, Instant Pot, etc.) and the Queen Master Suite.
The Kitchen has everything necessary to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal around the table, and includes high-end granite countertops, state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, and all the cookware you'll need.
Downstairs, the spacious game room features an exciting air-hockey table, while beanbag chairs accompany a vintage Ms. Pac Man arcade machine. After a long day of fun, our modern backyard provides the perfect ambiance for soaking in hot-tub, roasting marshmallows over the firepit with some BBQ under the romantic string light.

We have stayed in the Eagles Ridge area for many years so were happy to find a property that was pet friendly and offered the same convenient location! The house was well laid out for our party of six. Some maintenance type things could use updating: the front door would not latch without using the deadbolt, our dogs actually got out once when the wind blew it open; the hot tub’s thermostat didn’t seem to be able to regulate the temperature, it was too hot to get in to. If a pathway could be added from the driveway to the door, that would help with navigating the small hills on the property. We overall enjoyed our stay and having space to spread out and rest!

If you are questioning if you need to bring anything for your trip DON’T, if your curious if this location is close to everything IT IS, 5 minutes to a Publix or go left or right to everything within minutes.
It is one of the last properties in this development and is private and secluded. When I say it has everything I mean new everything from a new Keurig for full pots or single K-cups, hair dryers, washer/dryer, blenders, waffle maker…did I say everything as if you were at home…

My family and I just returned from a short get away to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg (Nov 14 - Nov 17, 2023) to celebrate two November birthdays. We all thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! It was new, clean and the location could not be better. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. This cabin worked really well for my family because it provided privacy for my daughter, son-in-law and almost 2 year old grandson as they were able to stay on the lower floor and my husband and I slept upstairs. Don't let the outside of the cabin fool you - it's really spacious inside! There is enough parking for 2 mid-large size vehicles off road. The cabin does have neighbors on each side but it still feels very private and it's quiet/peaceful. Beautiful views were enjoyed each morning and evening from the front porch. We did travel with two small dogs as well and the nice-sized back yard was perfect for them. A lot of properties don't have much of a yard, which makes it difficult when traveling with pets, so I appreciated having the yard space. It's also really pretty out back with the fire pit, swings and hot tub which we used each evening after days of a lot of walking around Dollywood and Gatlinburg. This cabin was very well appointed - the kitchen had everything you'd need to cook (even though we ate out mostly). You can tell everything was well thought out. I can't say enough good things about Casa-O-Spree and look forward to staying there again in the future!

We loved our stay at Casa O-Spree for our family of five. Great location to local grocery, restaurants, Dollywood and the park. Hot tub and fire pit were enjoyable at the end of a long day of playing/exploring. Air hockey and Pac-Man were fun. House was very clean! Only downside(s) - no hot water at kitchen sink, shower curtain upstairs is too short and water splashes out while showering and upstairs mattress and pillows could use an upgrade. However, we would certainly stay again!

I rented the property for a week’s stay for my family (80 year old father, husband and two kids, 12 and 9 and two dogs) while visiting Pigeon Forge with my sons baseball team for a tournament at the Ripken Experience. It offered. Cabin experience but a clean and updated option to the other cabin property rentals in the area.
Everything was so nice, and worked perfectly. We made most use of the hot tub, washing machine, and front porch that has a beautiful view.

The cabin accommodation were great. Like any hid-a-bed they both are uncomfortable , I would recommend to bring a air mattress or 2. We had a big group (6 adults 3children and 3dogs) and had plenty of space. All the fun things are minutes away.

I researched cabins for weeks for our quick Fall Break trip to Pigeon Forge. We hit the jackpot with this one! Perfect location to get everywhere but still in a beautiful wooded area. The cabin was EXTREMELY clean and that is a lot coming from me (LOL); cleanliness is my top requirement when renting and I was beyond happy. The cabin is exactly as described, has everything you want/need and more, smells brand new and looks new and modern. We were so pleased and my daughters had the best time! Would 100% stay here again.

We compared to what we could see and we like the asthetics - fenced in back yard, night lights, fireplace, hot tub, etc.
Beautiful cabin interior, games, spacious, superior wifi for mountains. Just as fast as home if not faster. Kids brought 3 ps5 , in all we had 5 cellphones, 3 Ipads not a hitch!
Centrally located. You won't find better. 1 mile from main strip. Publix, gas, liquor, Walmart close by.
Overall our family loved staying at Casa O Spree and hope they have availability for our next cabin adventure. I cannot share enough how the pictures do no justice. The host was most gracious we did not have to buy propane. Towels, toilet paper, completely clean cabin, pots, full cutlery and plates no need to bring. Sheets and pillows fresh fresh fresh. Nice view of mountain tops from various windows. I was so pissed we didn't book longer. A real gem and a great deal! 5 STARS!

OMG , my family had such a great time . The cabin is absolutely beautiful and immaculate, I am OCD and always take cleaning products with me when I travel !! I did not need them , the cabin was spotless , had everything you need in the kitchen . Everything was perfect , back yard is amazing and you are 5min away from everything, will definitely stay there again
