We made reservations 6 months before our stay in the same area of Myrtlewood that we were staying with 10 other families. I even paid substantially more than our friends because this unit was on the first floor. On our 10 hour drive down the host emailed me that our room smelt like smoke and we could not check in. She said she could put in another area which was all the way on the other side of the condos, which defeated the purpose since we were supposed to be staying near other families. I told her that we would stay in her other place until they dealt with the smoke, but could she move us back to the original unit after they cleared out the smell? She agreed and said it would take at least 2 days. I asked her if it was possible to get the problem resolved sooner. She then proceeded to cancel our reservation without any notice. She just emailed and said we weren’t satisfied. After numerous calls and emails to her to try to come up with a solution and telling her we still needed the other unit she offered, she refused to take any of my calls. We were 3 hours away from our 10 hour drive, which I explained. She didn’t care that she left us stranded with no room. Do not stay in this unit or any other unit this realtor/management company handles. They absolutely did not care that we had no place to stay with our kids. I have never had this happen to me before. Worst experience, it ruined our whole trip

Stayed a week with our family for a convention. Great location, close enough drive to everything. The property was cozy and we felt right at home. Proximity to the pool and ground level was a plus, even though we had no time to swim. Had a couple questions when we arrived and we received a prompt and friendly response. We were sad to leave! Would definitely enjoy another stay in the future. Great condo!

What a great place !! We were not sure if we were going to be too far from the beach but it was perfect ! The unit was very clean and spacious. The pool was just outside our door which was very convenient. Location was prime to all the stores to great restaurants, waterpark, and more. We are definitely going to come back again next year!

We had 4 senior golfers and the place was perfect. It was on the first floor, very clean and check in was a breeze. Located in the middle of everything you need to do.
