Camera molto spaziosa e luminosa , bagno anche lui spazioso con doccia illuminata a led/colori, molto rilassante.

Aproape de port și gara de tren. Aproape de zona centrala din Salerno, multe restaurante în apropiere. Camera este spațioasă și curată.
Micul dejun nu este mic dejun: doar o cafea și un croisssant. Când am căutat cazare am caută cu mic dejun inclus, dacă aș fi știut în ce constă, nu aș fi acceptat la acest preț. Prosoapele nu au fost schimbate pe perioada sejurului.

There were not enough room darkened shaded to keep out all the street lights. Someone next door was screaming and yelling and banging on the door at 1 am.

Lovely decor close to everything big room, water and fridge provided
Kettle provided but no tea or coffee. One plate and lots of cutlery but no table to eat at inside. Breakfast was coffee and cake across the road.

Perto de tudo, restaurantes, estação de trem e ônibus, lojas, porto.
O isolamento acústico e muito bom.
Chuveiro ótimo, box razoável o tamanho.
O check in poderia ser melhor, ter um contato humano só pelo ZAP fica um pouco difícil a compreensão, mas o locatária respondeu todas as dúvidas questionadas.
Se não tivesse o porteiro, que foi muito solicito, nós não conseguiríamos fazer.
Outra coisa a entrada não tem nenhuma identificao fácil visao.

Pokój był czysty, posiadał lodówkę i czajnik. Największym plusem jest lokalizacja: bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego oraz portu. W okolicy wiele restauracji i kawiarni.
Zameldowanie: nie otrzymałam żadnych informacji. Wszystko udało się dzięki uprzejmości pana portiera i pracowników baru obok.

The apartment is very central so you can walk everywhere. The breakfast at the bar was tasty. I also took the opportunity to buy some extra things for later in the day.

The "breakfast" consisted of a cup of either coffee or tea and a pastry at a restaurant outside of the building.
Very difficult to find the building but close to the port to catch our ferry the next morning.. Once found there were no markings on the building directory. The remote "host" was rude in trying to access the building and room. The room was so small that we had to lay the suitcases on the floor in front on the entry door. There was no flat surface in the room for a laptop or anything The pillows on the bed were rectangular in shape and so HARD, it was difficult to get comfortable. The room did have a nice balcony accessed through the bathroom!!

Die Lage wenn man mit dem Zug/Bus kommt ist super. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut funktioniert (war zwar nur online, aber es wurden kurze Video und auch eine Beschreibung wie man Zutritt bekommt übermittelt, damit war der Checkin kein Problem)
Die Ausstattung wirkt sehr neu und sauber - könnte aber noch ein wenig erweitert werden --> es gibt keinen Tisch oder Ablage im Zimmer, auch wären Kleiderhaken an der Wand im Vorraum kein Nachteil.
Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig und auch die Fenster sind nicht wirklich schalldicht (zumindest nicht nach österreichischen Standard).
Wie schon oben erwähnt könnte die Ausstattung noch ein wenig optimiert werden, es ist zwar ein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher und auch ein Teller mit Besteck vorhanden, aber alles steht am Boden und der Wasserkocher und das Teller steht am Kühlschrank. Es gibt auch nur einen Sessel im Zimmer (zumindest in Nr 2).
Ein Tisch oder eine Ablage wären eine positive Erweiterung --> es scheint alles noch sehr neu zu sein, vielleicht kommt es ja noch.

Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla stazione, praticamente sul viale principale di Salerno, vicinissimo al mare. La pulizia della stanza quasi impeccabile. Esperienza da rifare. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
A mio modesto parere alcuni dettagli vanno migliorati
1) lo scopino del bagno da sostituire
2) la mancanza di un picco tavolo/scrivania
3) la porta della stanza non isola bene e la notte la luce del corridoio è visibile nella stanza facendo da cornice alla porta stessa
4) un minimo di accoglienza cliente va fatta

Posizione centrale,pochi metri dalla stazione e direttamente sul corso ,dove ci sono negozi bar e locali, parcheggio nelle vicinanze e soprattutto attraversi la strada dietro la struttura e sei sul lungomare.la struttura pulita e accogliente.... non si può dire nulla di negativo....il proprietario gentile e disponibile.... torneremo sicuramente e soprattutto lo consiglierò...

La posizione della struttura é fantastica, a due minuti dalla stazione centrale di Salerno.
La stanza è spaziosa e accogliente.
Come rapporto qualità prezzo c’è di meglio.
Da salernitana mi dispiace notare la totale inaccoglienza dello staff. Nel frigo in camera (ho pernottato per due notti) non ci è stata lasciata nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua (cosa che quasi sempre è) e questo non perché mi fosse dovuto ma per “cortesia”. La colazione misera(un cappuccino O un caffè e un cornetto), servita da personale anche abbastanza antipatico (salvo la signora che era al banco, un amore). Al momento del check out non mi è stato nemmeno chiesto come fosse andato il soggiorno. In camera, nonostante la signora delle pulizie fosse passata a sistemare, mi è stata data una confezione di bagnoschiuma di quelle in boccetta piccola e stop. In pratica ho pagato e basta, come è anche giusto che sia da un lato, ma dato il prezzo e la concorrenza é anche carino “coccolare” il cliente con pochi dettagli. Chiudo dicendo che la mia vuole essere una critica costruttiva.

L'assenza di tende alle ampie finestre non permette una adeguata privacy rispetto ai condomini del palazzo di fronte, per cui bisogna tenere le serrande abbassate e le luci accese.
La testata del letto, in eco pelle, è usurata in vari punti e appoggiando il cuscino (unico per cliente) si appiccicavano pezzi di eco pelle al guanciale
La colazione offerta nel bar "il Buco" - di nome e di fatto - non è assolutamente adeguata al costo della stanza di ben €180,00, limitata alla scelta di un solo pasticcino, brioches, ad un caffè e ad un cappuccino o premuta di agrumi.
Non siamo stati registrati ma allo stesso tempo si chiede la tassa di soggiorno senza rilascio della quietanza/ricevuta. Non mi sembra che ciò sia regolare. Considerato che l'obbligo di pagare la tassa è a carico dell'ospite, pretendo la ricevuta a testimonianza dell'avvenuto pagamento. Nel caso specifico trattavasi di un solo giorno e quindi solo €3,00, ma nel caso di 10 gg il cliente dovrebbe pagare €30,00 al "buio"? Ma poi pagati da chi se non c'è stata la registrazione con esibizione di documenti? Mi sembra tutto molto strano, ma siamo in ITALIA!

Directions to get there weren't good, could not get in before 14:00 even though email said 13:30 though when I called they fixed it, and AC unit did not work and while I was not looking to cool the room much, I wanted to have the fan on as it was a bit warm for sleeping and too loud to have the windows open.

Die Unterkunft war nicht unter der angegebenen Adresse. Ich war so gezwungen mir eine anderes Hotel zu suchen. Booking.com.com sollte die Anschriften der Unterkünfte kontrollieren! Mir ist durch die fehlplanung erheblicher Schaden entstanden, da ich geplante Termine auf der Reise nicht wahrnehmen konnte.
Eine Rücküberweisung desbereits abgebuchten Betrages in Höhe von 96,48 € steht noch immer aus.
Ein Rechtsstreit über die nicht erfolgte Rückzahlung bahnt sich offenbar an. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit dem Service von Booking.com.com.

Almost nothing. I guess the location is ok.
The property was not what was in the pictures. It appears the owner has multiple apartments. To start with, the door to enter where the apartments are located has a welcome mat with a huge stain on it that looked like something awful. The lobby of the apartment was fine. The rooms themselves were not great, almost gross and nothing like what the pictures showed online. The bedspread had many stains on it. In his defense, the manager had it replaced the day after I asked for it to be changed. Unfortunately, it was too late. We had made up our mind that it was not worth staying in a place during our vacation that felt dirty and uncomfortable. We slept terribly wondering about what had been cleaned and what was not clean. The furniture was very worn and chipped. We ended up finding another place to stay and had to eat the price of our second night. It was not going to be worth another sleepless night. This place may be ok for someone looking for a very inexpensive place to stay that doesn't care. We are adults and were put off by many things that felt uncared for.

Purtroppo non ho alloggiato nella struttura prenotata fronte mare per problemi Dell host che mi ha spostato in altro posto poco lontano ma in vie interne fronte tribunale. La camera era nuova, pulita ed ampia a cui si accede da una entrata di appartamento comune a 3 alloggi, tutto nuovo ed in via di definizione. La colazione si fa al bar fronte Vittorio Veneto relais e sono molto disponibili.
Una volta sul posto indicato nella prenotazione non si arriva alla struttura definitiva e per fortuna un conoscente ha chiamato l'host così abbiamo saputo Dell indisponibilità della camera prenotata anche se ha risolto il problema avendo altri alloggi a disposizione. Segnalo che non abbiamo mai visto nessuno e non ci hanno registrato né proceduto all emissione di una ricevuta fiscale
