This 2016 home offers a slice of luxurious downtown Coeur d'Alene living. Beautifully nestled in the Garden District of Coeur d'Alene, this home is only three blocks away from Sherman Avenue, where all of the downtown excitement begins.
At 2880 square feet, this home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, two floors, a beautifully landscaped front yard, a back patio, and a fully enclosed back yard. All appliances are state-of-the-art. All furniture was newly installed between 2017 and 2022. This house is the perfect rental for two or three groups meeting up in Coeur d’Alene, or traveling together.
The whole house features free wifi at 500+ mbps, plenty of power for at least six people, or at least ten devices. Cable internet service is provided by Spectrum.
The front door of this home sits under a beautiful covered front porch that spans the width of the home. Two small sets of patio furniture greet you on the porch and are available to you to enjoy the home’s southern exposure on a sunny day.
Upon immediate entry into the home, you step into a large, fully furnished living room with a sandstone gas fireplace, a ceiling fan, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. A row of overhead windows lights up the entryway with natural light.
An overstuffed sofa, two overstuffed lounge chairs, and a coffee table invite you to sink into this living room and stay awhile. A 65” flatscreen LG Smart TV has been mounted over the fireplace for a cinematic living room experience. The gas fireplace is operated with a switch on the wall on the right side of the fireplace, and is available for you to use anytime.
The dining area has a table for six, has its own chandelier, and sits next to a large picture window looking out onto the home's west side yard.
The ultra-modern, fully stocked kitchen starts with a large island and a breakfast bar with four barstools. This kitchen comes complete with a large double-door stainless steel refrigerator, an ice maker, a pull-out drawer-style freezer, a six-burner gas stove and oven, a stainless steel built-in microwave, a deep sink with stainless steel fixtures, a stainless steel dishwasher, and white cabinetry all available for you to use at your leisure. The countertops are granite, and the kitchen counter backsplash is made of white subway tile.
The kitchen cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, towels, washcloths, and serving dishes. A 12-cup coffee maker, a blender, a four-bagel toaster, and a supply of paper towels are all readily available to you to prepare the meals of your choice throughout your visit at this home. Pantry items available to you include seasonings, cooking oils, and sweeteners.
Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a deep utility sink, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board all available for you to use.
The master bedroom is located at the back of the house away from the street. This bedroom features a king size bed, luxurious bedding and linens, end tables, a ceiling fan, a 50” wall-mounted Sony flatscreen TV, a door leading to the back yard, a master bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

Enjoyed this property. It worked well for grandparents, parents and grandkids to have enough separate sleeping space but good common areas. Close proximity to downtown made walking easy.

My family including seven adults and three children stayed here during a family trip to Idaho for a wedding. The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was a great location, close to the lake, parks, and the downtown area. Communication with the host was great!

We enjoyed this property so much! Four girlfriends spent the weekend at this lovely property. We had never visited the area and loved it! Each of us had our own bedroom, the house had all of the supplies we needed and appeared to have been recently remodeled or updated! We shopped at the main shopping area which is walking distance from house and had a delicious dinner at Cedars Floating Restaurant as well as a 90 min boat cruise around the lake. Don't hesitate to reserve this property! It's amazing!!

Our family had a wonderful time in Couer d'Alene and truly felt at home in this VRBO. The property is the perfect location for a quick walk into town for shopping and eating. This house was perfect for us! The basement was great for games, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make nice dinners, breakfast, even bake. The host was kind enough to honor our request for a Christmas tree and a few other decorations to make our stay over the holiday feel like home. We did not run out of basic supplies, plenty of towels, blankets etc. We loved the location and walked downtown several times.

No other way to describe this property than simply to say it was perfect. It was truly a home away from home. We were comfortable from the minute we walked in to when we left. I have to say it’s the first time we didn’t miss going home.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home within walking distance to town. The open floor plan made it nice for us all to be together yet the separate levels made it private. We really enjoyed our stay it added to the enjoyment of our framily wedding weekend.

We came up to visit family and wanted to stay in town close to the parks and downtown the last two years and this was a perfect placement and experience. The house had everything we needed for cooking (usually there is some utensil or pot missing that you need, not the case here), was in a great location to walk down to the parks, downtown, and beach, and had nice sleeping options for having kids either together or apart. Communication with the property manager was clear and amazingly responsive and made check in/check out easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to town in a nicely renovated or purpose built place.

Super cute home in a convenient location! Beds and linens were comfy, super chilly A/C, easy to use appliances, convenient parking access and very clean home! Great common space and useable closet space!
It would be nice to have TV's and mirrors in all the guest rooms and a few more hangers to make use of the great closet space. The wall outlets were far away from the bed so it was tough for me to charge my phone at night.
Overall, fantastic home and we will be booking it again!

The whole experience was excellent from the booking until we left. Jean was very friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect. It was clean and beautifully decorated. When we arrived there was a fire going in the fireplace, and the house was very nice and welcoming. We loved the location, and were able to walk to all the local restaurants, even with the colder than normal winter weather. We loved our stay!

Stayed over Thanksgiving week. The house had everything we needed to cook the turkey and all the fixings…and as a bonus we watched the day after Thanksgiving parade fireworks from the front porch!

Beautiful home with lots of positives - proximity to downtown & the lake (walking distance) being foremost. A group of 9 of us - 5 adults & 4 young children stayed comfortably for 9 nights. The beds were especially comfortable, the home was spacious, the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the management was responsive. Any negatives are really too minor to note. We love Coeur D’Alene, and we loved staying in this home.

What a beautiful home!! Close enough to walk to Sherman Avenue. Very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The home was well equipped and very clean. There were a few drawbacks, but I wouldn't change the rating for them......there are no dressers or luggage racks to set your luggage on. Living out of a suitcase on the floor is rather difficult. There could be a few more hangers in each room and a good wine opener would be great. At one point the manager didn't answer me about the location of the garbage, but after texting again she came by and took care of it. It would have been nice for the directions to say "Garbage cans located in the alley behind the building in the back." We assumed the building in the back was another residence, which it was, but it was also the garage. These concerns are so minor, we wouldn't adjust the rating. The house was PERFECT!!!

The property was great! The location makes all of downtown an easy walk. The kiddos enjoyed a daily walk to see all the Mudgy and Millie statues, McEuen park/playground, and city park and it was easy to play in the lake, grab a bite, and explore with a close home base for naps or AC on the hot days. We travel a lot and usually find kitchens lacking in short term rentals, but this time we had everything we needed. Measuring spoons, measuring cups, scissors, zip loc bags and tupper ware, even the odd items you find you need as a parent like apple peelers.
The house was well laid out with a kitchen/dining/living area and two upstairs bedrooms then a large living area downstairs and two bedrooms so we could dedicate one level to each kid if needed to minimize the excitement. Everyone loved the house, the back porch was great during hot days as it is shaded all day and remains pretty cool, and it was easy to relax into a "home" situation with everything provided rather than always finding you need one more thing while traveling. Great house, awesome location, and amazing proactive communication with management.

Excellent location as it is nice walking distance to downtown and the lake. Jean was in touch with us before we checked in making sure everything was covered.
