Very good

The location was excellent, great views over lake and ocean very good bedding and kitchen facilities .Close to dining areas, beaches and golf clubs.

The lounges were low and uncomfortable for older persons. The parking spot was very small.

The house was much better than I expected. The kitchen family room and beautiful balcony with exceptional views. Great facilities, everything you need for a long stay. I wish we had stayed longer. We loved Merimbula and the surrounding towns close by. Great parking and outdoor entertainment area. Perfect for two couples travelling together and a couple of kids. Close to town centre within walking distance but a bit of a hill to climb.

It was close to the airport so occasionally heard planes taking off and landing. Our ensuite bathroom was a little small but adequate for us. There was a sitting room attached to our bedroom which was lovely but could work better if the ensuite was extended into that area. A bit of a waste since the big balcony was next door anyway. Otherwise everything was perfect 😍

Great views over the Merimbula lagoon and see, extremely comfortable property,

we loved the ambience of the property. Great high set hilltop location overlooking Merimbula, with a large, internal living dining, kitchen area, very useful outside dick (roofed, very helpful on rainy days), with a nice view of the coastline and lagoon. Good equipment, very comfortable furnishings, nice bathrooms, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

be aware that the property, being high up with the view (together with a lot of other houses on the ridge) is about 1.5 km drive from the downtown Merimbula and the beach walk etc. This is not a problem, it just means that there’s a drive to get to the sea shore. That said, we really enjoyed the high view over the Merimbula area and the sea, and would be very happy to return here again.
