Location on the 5th row in the 4x4 beach of Carova, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath colonial-style home with open floor plan was designed with comfort in mind. Inside you'll find European Oak floors throughout, 5-panel solid core doors, whole house water treatment system, shiplap and board and batten trim accents. Spacious great room with cathedral ceilings, transom windows, and multiple sliders for East side ocean view deck access and lots of natural light. We felt right at home the moment we settled in. There is not much of a view of the beach, but the sunsets are spectacular. The house is in a quiet area. You are better off coming in during low tide since the beach narrows.

I could not say enough good things about this property or my stay. The listing was accurate. The booking process wasn't terrible, the property manager called to discuss some of the things that I hadn't done. I arrived at the office of the property manager, and everything was in order and ready to go. At checkout I returned the beach passes to the office of the property manager, without and "hiccup's". The house is beautiful! The location was ideal for us. I will definitely look at this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had to cancel reservation due to an acute family illness. I advised Beach Realty early that this was the situation abundantly asked them to sublet. They did nothing, indeed, they kept the price the same, not even trying to help me recover some of my lost $4200 fee. When I inquired AB’s asked to speak to a manager, I received no response. Finally, the “rental insurance” they offer, which I spent another ~$300 on is USELESS, setting up so many conditions and limitations you can never collect. Renters BEWARE. This is not an honorable nor customer friendly agency. They are unresponsive and utterly unhelpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great rental experience! Our overall stay was fantastic with the ideal location we were looking for. The house is close to the beach but also secluded where we could be surrounded by nature. We saw horses and deer in the yard multiple times. The house was very clean and in good condition. We didn't have any issues that needed to involve property management and they made the check in/out super easy. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed around the home, cooked our meals and enjoyed the peaceful quiet surroundings. Driving our Jeep along the trails to and from the beach was great fun each day! Home was new and clean. The amazing water purification systems saved us the hassle with bringing in bottled water and ice! Hot tub was terrific as well! For us cooks it would have been nice to have a functioning can opener, hand mixer, and a crock pot handy in the kitchen. Truly enjoyed our time here.

Spellbound 4x4 beach

This vacation home is nice, no complaints about it. Horses and deer roamed thru the yard. The location was a bit too far down the beach for our liking. We wasted so much time driving to get off the beach and go out for supper. The drive on beach is nice though to just open up your tailgate and fish, picnic or just sit and enjoy the beach all day.
