This renovated cozy bungalow is located 1.2 miles from the start of our historic downtown Bristol VA/TN, a 6-minute drive to the Bristol VA Casino, roughly a 20-minute drive to Bristol Motor Speedway & easy access to the interstate. Downtown Bristol VA/ TN offers a variety of unique local restaurants, craft breweries, & shopping. One of our most special places downtown is the coveted Blackbird Bakery.

In addition, the start of the beautiful Creeper Trail, in Abingdon VA, is just a 20-minute drive from this property. Bristol also offers other lovely parks, shopping, and attractions. The Pinnacle Shopping area is an easy 10-minute drive through town for a large variety of retail stores, restaurants, & entertainment. Bristol Motor Speedway is approximately 20 minutes away, depending on traffic. Starting in Nov, they offer Speedway in Lights with a 4-mile trek through 2 million lights.

We completely renovated this family home that has been in the family for many years. We built a back deck with seating & a gas grill. We recently expanded the deck to make one end a bit bigger & will add steps leading to the backyard this spring. The kitchen offers almost anything you would need to prepare a meal. We also have a Keurig with some complimentary pods. Seating for eating is at the island & bar stools, or outside on the deck. We have WIFI & a TV in the main living area, and one in the loft, but we DO NOT have satellite or cable. Feel free to use your Netflix account. The full bathroom is located just off the living area on the main floor & offers a jet tub & shower.
We also have a washer & dryer for guests to use if needed.
