Welcome to Water's Edge at Bridges Bay Resort! This 5-bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps 10, with panoramic East Lake Views. Your booking secures six daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool, more passes can be purchased at the waterpark if needed. Your home away from home offers full size kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, small appliances such as a toaster, blender and coffee maker (coffee not furnished) are available for your use.

Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Breakfast bar with 4 stools on the kitchen island and the dining table seats five. Step outside to your own spacious private deck with outdoor table that seats six.

Living room offers lots of light from the high windows, modern sofa and loveseat, 2 chairs, fireplace, tv with wireless internet and is open to the kitchen and dining areas, perfect for entertaining. Master bedroom offers a king size bed with full on suite with separate shower, dual vanity and walk in closet, hand soap, toilet paper and an assortment of towels are furnished for your stay. A washer and dryer with detergent is furnished. Four other bedrooms round out the main living space with Bedroom (2) Queen, Bedroom (3) two twin beds, Bedroom (4) Queen, Bedroom (5) King.

Just into town you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and Convivence stores to stock up for your stay. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort with a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay.

You can be assured when staying in an O.V.C. property your linens will be clean, the property sanitized and stocked for your basic needs. linen, toiletries, propane replacement are also included in our concierge services included in the posted cleaning fee. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available

We had a fabulous time. Perfect location. We had 4 condos rented in Stillwater Bldg. This condo #113 was perfect for 8 adults! Already planning a return trip for next year!

The condo layout was as advertised and is great for larger groups. The condo was very dirty upon our arrival. Hair in showers, mold in coffee pot, floors dirty, grill hadn't been cleaned for some time. The kitchen is very unorganized and lacking many basic items for meal prep. The management is stingy on basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. The booking process through VRBO was not advertised well. I thought I had paid the deposit through VRBO. I was only charged the service fee. I didn't even know this was the case until the property management threatened to cancel the reservation if i didn't make the deposit direct to them. When I went to pay the deposit direct to the management company, I was charged another credit card service fee. I brought these concerns up to the property management after our stay. I never heard a response. I guess once they had our money they no longer cared about our experience.

Condo had plenty of room for us. Was clean & view of lake was great. Cost was reasonable. Parking was a little inconvenient. Not many spaces close to entry. Had to park below & climb stairs to get there. Would definitely stay here again

There were four adults and three children. My husband and I invited our son, daughter-in-law, and their three children. Everyone loved our stay, especially the children loved having access to all the pools. Management was great to work with and we’d loved the keyless entries.

We loved this 5 bedroom three bathroom for our family of eight. The furniture and everything was upgraded, everything was there to make our vacation perfect. The huge deck looking out to the lake was a plus!!

Condo was large enough for our whole family plus a few friends over the Fourth of July week. Clean, spacious and great deck overlooking the water. Only issue was parking, but I am not sure that would be a problem outside the 4th.

This was the perfect condo for us! The layout was great! Five comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms were perfect for our family- 9 of us all of over 25! It was easy to access and conveniently located on the first floor. And it was absolutely beautiful! We had a couple of little problems that were quickly and efficiently addressed by the property manager! I hope that we can return in the future! Thank you for a great stay!

Evenings were a bit chilly, envious of our neighbors that a an outdoor gas fireplace! Love the location and grandkids loved the water park! Disappointed the indoor Pool wasn’t open due to lack of staff on Labor Day Weekend! Felt like we had paid for this benefit! Chilly at the outdoor pool for the little ones! Condo is well furnished with everything you need for a long weekend.

We received no check-in instructions from VRBO so we spent over 30 minutes upon arrival trying to figure out which building and how to get in. So thankful I was able to call property manager to help with that on a Sunday afternoon.

Great location with views of East Okoboji. We ate at Bracco restaurant after a day at the resort pool. Great lakeside seating with unique food and drinks. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Was a great extended weekend!
