The property was acceptable and overall clean. However, it was clearly a rental only property and old with multiple lamps missing bulbs so it was dark in the common area at night. The biggest issue was the other tenants that the property manager rented to. We were on the 1st floor and they on the second. They were up to all hours of the morning letting their kids run around and play ball until at least 3:30am every night. Moreover, they endlessly smoked weed on the porch so we couldn’t even open our windows because our entire floor would smell like weed. The house rules said we couldn’t turn the AC below 74 degrees so it was really hot and hot and we got terrible sleep. Why have rules if there isn’t any oversight and enforcement. All in all, this was a really bad experience and no more VRBOs for us.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was a perfect fit for us and our 2 dogs. We loved the view and being close to the beach. Peter was easy to get in touch with and very attentive. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

The beach is just down the street, the property was clean, and much of it had been updated. The property manager was responsive to emails in a timely manner.
